Race 6: Tab Country Classic – 2000m - 3:30pm (AEDT)
(6) Belvedere Boys $2.50: 5YO gelding who is the favourite here and was strong to the line last start after blowing the start. Nash gets back into the saddle who is unbeaten when on top. Draws well and will be hard fit fourth up. The one to beat.
(7) Fays Angels $11.00/$3.10: 5YO Mare who has been racing well and now gets into another winnable race. Gets in nicely at the weights with the 3kg claim and maps well from a wide draw. She is hard fit and is close to another win. Happy to be on at the price.
(14) Galano $8.00/$2.50: Won well two back and then over-raced last start. Can only improve again off last start. Value.

Race 7: Toyota Forklifts Starlight Stakes – 1100m - 4:05pm (AEDT)
(1) Front Page $4.60: 8YO Who has returned nicely with two seconds and is knocking on the door for another win. Draws well and will be hard to catch. Goes well.
(4) Our Kobison $6.50/$2.20: Value pick of the race who has shown he is a classy type. Trialled well and is unbeaten at this track. Each way all day.
(10) Pereille $5.00: 5YO Who has super impressive to the line last start when he had no favours being caught 3-4 wide the trip and still only missed by a length. Boasted some slick sectionals. Gets a better draw today and shouldn’t be getting caught wide. Watch for him late.

Race 10: Kia Ora Prague BM78 – 1100m - 5:55pm (AEDT)
(5) Confess Our Dreams $3.40: 4YO Mare who is chasing the hattrick today and has been impressive in both recent wins. Destroyed them last start by more than 2L and even bigger gaps to third. Remains at the same trip/grade, but gets in 2kg lighter with the 3kg claim. Maps well to be up on the speed again and there is no reason why she can’t go on with it. Takes on the boys now is the only concern.
(9) Dollar Magic $10.00/$2.90: very honest type who rarely runs a bad race, but can find it hard to win. Rock hard fit now and deserves a small play at an each way price. Expect her to be in the trifecta again.
(10) Jewellery $5.50: Resuming 5YO Mare who goes well fresh and has trialled nicely leading into this. Finished less than length behind BARAQUIEL last prep, so looks a top chance.
