Randwick hosts a 10-race card on Saturday with The Agency Civic Stakes being the listed feature race. The first race commences at 10:00am AEST and the last concludes at 4:25pm AEST. The rail is out 3m for the entirety with the track conditions set to be SOFT, but rain predicted. Watch and monitor and lower stakes if track becomes Heavy.

Race 1: Tab Highway Hcp Class 3 1200m - 10:00pm (AEST)
(1) Tanglewood $7.50/$2.60: Talented 4YO who has been going well thus far and can be forgiven last start. Two runs prior were excellent. Gets a handy 3kg claim against the others here which puts him in nicely at the weights for his rating. Looks a nice Each way play in a wide open race.
(15) All Astern $19.00: Another one who gets in nicely at the weights with a claim engaged. Ran well first up and will only be improving. Loves this distance and unbeaten second up.
(8) Sir Ming $12.00: 4YO who is capable of winning this, but draws a horrendous gate. If he pings and can get into a good spot he’s a big sniff. Hard fit and J-Mac to steer.
(1) Tanglewood E/W

Race 7: Tab BM78 1000m– 2:30pm (AEST)
(2) Dollar Magic $7.00/$2.35: 5YO mare who was a bridesmaid all of last prep before scoring first up in fashion this prep and we were on board! Far from disgraced second up in 88 grade, but gets back to 78 grade today with a nice draw. Fitter now and can give this grade another shake up at an each way price.
(10) Dipsy Doodle $2.70: J-Mac for Cummings. Must be respected and this filly looks a nice type. Resumes today off two trials and looks suited at 1000m. Goes well
(4) Mabel $34.00: Roughie of the field who is a genuine type and has a nice resume over the 1000m. If they are making any ground early, id be keen to have a small go, but don’t want her to get caught too far back over this trip.

Race 8: The Agency Civic Stakes 1400m– 3:05pm (AEST)
(1) Tamerlane $4.60: 6YO gelding who appeared that he needed the run first up and the weather effected track first up did no favours. Has since had a trial on the heavy going and bolted in. Goes out to 1400m now for this second up run where four career wins have come from. Proven second up and goes well on the soft track. Draws a nice gate with J-Mac in the saddle and maps nicely to get a run up on the speed giving the others to catch. Looks the one to beat here.
(4) Strait Acer $7.00: 4YO gelding who is deserving of another win. Gets back in class now and boasts a nice record over this trip and track. Proven on the soft and worth thought again here.
(16) Mirra View $91.00: Huge roughie who hasn’t had much luck with barriers all prep, but not disgraced. If the rain comes and we see a heavy track she will be a big sniff here. Watch for her late. Rock hard fit also.
