Race 6: Chandon Garden Spritz (Bm78) - 1600m (15:25 AEDT)
(7) Louisville is overdue for another win now. Let’s hope he’s not as close without winning as he has been in his last few from tricky positions in running.
(3) Crafty Eagle can improve significantly here. Can settle in the front few and benefit from a good run.
(1) Stonecoat drops in class here and has trialed well for his return. His best could be good enough to win.

Race 7: Drinkwise Maroubra Mile (Bm100) - 1600m (16:00 AEDT)
(6) Fortune Teller is due for a change in fortune and seeks it coming to sydney for today’s race. Typically races well fresh and drops in weight coming out of a Group 3 race.
(4) Grebeni is hard to beat after his last start. Up in weight for that but drawn well and clearly going well.
(3) Excellent Proposal may need more time to settle in Australia but showed more promise last start going down by less than 2L from a wide draw.
(6) Fortune Teller e/w

Race 9: Tab (Bm78) - 1400m (17:20 AEDT)
(11) Step Aside to make amends for the bad luck he encountered last start where he clearly would have won. Nice race here but he can win it.
(2) Lady Of Luxury gets the aid of barrier 1 and can use it to her advantage. Nice chance at an e/w price.
(9) Testator Silens showing glimpses of returning to form this prep. If he can recover his best form he’s a massive hope here and potentially overpriced.
(11) Step Aside win
