The dust has settled on the final major of the 2023 season but the PGA Tour rolls on this week as we head to TPC Twin Cities in Minnesota for the annual 3M Open. As always, we have you covered with a full preview and betting tips for the event below.

The top golfers in the world were all in action at The Open Championship on the weekend, which was taken out by the lesser known American, Brian Harman. The majority of the top tier talent will opt to take this week off, after the major, but a few stars who still need to make their case for the Ryder Cup team will be teeing it up in Minnesota this week.
The Field
Cameron Young, Tony Finau and Justin Thomas are all currently outside of the coveted top six in the American Ryder Cup rankings, meaning that they’ll need to force their way in with high placings over the next four weeks or at least play well enough to catch the attention of captain Zach Johnson.
Those three will headline the event this week, along with international stars in Sungjae Im, Hideki Matsuyama, Emiliano Grillo and Sepp Straka. Past winners of the event who will be looking to add another trophy to the case this week include the defending champion Tony Finau as well as the 2021 winner Cameron Champ.
The Course
TPC Twin Cities was a regular stop on the Tour Champions as a host of the 3M Championship. Back in 2019, the event was elevated to become a PGA Tour stop and although significant upgrades were made to the course to defend it against the best in the world, it still regularly plays as one of the easiest courses on the PGA Tour schedule.
High teens or low twenties under par will usually get the job done here, although the course has been lengthened by some 200 yards since the inaugural tournament back in 2018. Wide fairways, low rough and accessible pin placements should see scoring come fairly easy again this year.
Betting Tips
Emiliano Grillo ($23/$2.30 Top 20) Bet Now at Ladbrokes
Really like the look of the Argentine leading into the tournament this week. He was fantastic at The Open, finishing T6 after a solid -3 round four. Missed the cut at the John Deere Classic a few weeks earlier but has racked up 18 cuts made and nine top 25 finishes from 25 events this season. Has a solid record at TPC Twin Cities as well, finishing 3rd in 2020 and 2nd in 2022.
Lucas Glover ($36/$2.80 Top 20) Bet Now at Ladbrokes
Glover has made two trips to the 3M Open in the past and has missed the cut on both occasions, however, it’s the recent form that is really appealing to me for the veteran this week. He has been extremely solid in the small stretch of low tier events over the last month, finishing T4 at the Rocket Mortgage, T6 at the John Deere and 5th at the Barbasol in his last three outings. Should go well in another pretty weak field this week.
