It’s that time of the year again… AFL SuperCoach is open for the 2024 season! Here, we’ll be guiding you through the SuperCoach sign-up process, as well as of the requirements to building your team. AFL SuperCoach 2024 – Creating & Building Your Team
Creating Your Team
To get your SuperCoach coaching career started you’ll need to head to the SuperCoach website. Next, simply click on ‘Register & Play’ and provide your email, password, first name, last name, display name, and postcode.
You’ll now be at the team creation phase where you’ll pick a name for your future premiership-winning SuperCoach team, as well as enter details such as your gender, phone number, team you support, and a few other straightforward bits and pieces. Finally, you’ll need agree to the terms & conditions by clicking the designated box, and then boom! You’re ready to begin your journey as an AFL SuperCoach.
Building Your Team
To officially join the AFL SuperCoach competition, you will need to fill out your squad of 30 players using the $10,000,000 salary. Firstly, you’re tasked with selecting eight (8) defenders, six of which will be on the field with an additional two on the bench. You can find our best defenders list for 2024 here!
Next up is the midfield which is typically where you’ll spend the largest chunk of your team’s salary. You will select eleven (11) midfielders in total, with eight on the field and three on the bench. You can find our best midfielders list for 2024 here!
We now move onto the big man department which is of course the rucks. You’re only required to pick three (3) rucks for your team, two for the field and one for the bench. You can find our best rucks list for 2024 here!
Last but certainly not least is the forward line. This line is identical to the defence in where you’ll be selecting eight (8) forwards in total, with six scoring on the field and two sitting on the pine. You can find our best forwards list for 2024 here!
