2024 AFL Round 7 Tips
Wednesday April 24th
The bye certainly came at the right time for the wounded Tigers who are under pressure to perform on the big stage this Wednesday night. They'll be facing a Demons outfit that will also be keen to make amends for a poor result last outing.
Thursday April 25th
The Bombers ticked off another win in Round 6 and will get to test themselves against the Magpies on Thursday in a massive Anzac Day matchup. Who earns the bragging rights this time around?
The Giants suffered their first loss of the season against the Blues last weekend and will be without a couple of stars on Thursday night due to suspension. Does this open the door for a Lions win?
Friday April 26th
The Power have been labelled 'flat track bullies' after their poor performance against the reigning premiers last weekend, and will be expected to bounce back with a win against a bottom 10 side in the Saints.
Saturday April 27th
North Melbourne failed miserable in their bottom of the ladder clash with the Hawks, and now take on another lowly outfit in the Crows. This fixture gets Saturday's three-game slate underway!
Two heavyweights will go at it in the twilight fixture on Saturday as the Cats take on the Blues. The Cats are the only team with an unblemished record after six rounds, but the Blues will fancy their chances to change that.
The Dockers were embarrassed by the Eagles in a massive Western Derby upset in Round 6. It doesn't get any easier for them on Saturday night when they host a seemingly in-form Bulldogs side.
Sunday April 28th
The Suns were taught a lesson by the more experienced Swans in Round 6 and get the perfect chance to put their lesson into practice against the Eagles. Surely the Eagles can't make it three on the spin?
The Hawks got the monkey off their back last weekend with a win over the Kangaroos. Doubling the dose will be signifcantly harder when they meet the Swans in a clash that concludes Round 7.
