AFL Round 22 in the 2024 premiership season should be another cracker with nine important fixtures set to play out over three days. Friday night's standalone fixture sees Sydney looking to bounce back when they host Collingwood. Super Saturday includes five matches with the marquee matchup pitting Fremantle against Geelong in the twilight slot. Finally, the round concludes on Sunday with three matches, and it's Carlton vs Hawthorn which headlines the day.

Sunday August 11th
One of the matches of the round is the opening game on Sunday when the Blues and the Hawks do battle at the 'G. Both coming off losses, this is a massive game between two old rivals at the home of footy.
The Tigers will be in their first game post-Dusty after the champ announced his immediate retirement on Tuesday. The Tigers will be in action against the Saints in a dead rubber on Sunday.
The Crows put up a great fight at the Cattery last weekend but came home empty-handed. They now face the Bulldogs who are arguably the form team of the competition.
