Another great weekend in the NFL came and went with some interesting results. Week 4 gets underway on Friday morning with the Green Bay Packers hosting the Philadelphia Eagles and we have a full preview and betting tips for some of the key matchups of the week here.
NFL Week 4 Betting Tips
Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers (Friday 10.20am AEST)
The Packers continued their fantastic start to the season in Week 3 as they defeated the Broncos at home by 11 points. QB Aaron Rodgers continues to develop chemistry with his receiving core, putting up 235 yards and one touchdown pass in the win. The Packers lead what is shaping up to be a tough NFC North division with a 3-0 record.
After a strong Week 1 win over the Redskins, the Eagles have gone on to lose their next two games by a combined margin of just seven points. They were outplayed by the Falcons in Week 2 before being beaten by the Lions at home in a disappointing performance last week. Carson Wentz and the offence continue to play well, having put up 24.6 points per game, however, the Philly defence has been underwhelming.
On the contrary, the Packers have had one of the best defences in the league through the first three weeks of the season. They have allowed just 11.7 points per game, which sits behind only the Patriots. Combine that with the fact that both of these offences will be coming off a short break with minimal time to prepare and we like the under here.

Dallas Cowboys at New Orleans Saints (Monday 10.20am AEST)
The Saints defied us in Week 3 as they travelled to Seattle without starting QB Drew Brees and earned a fantastic road win. Running back Alvin Kamara picked up the slack on offence with 161 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns as the Saints put up 33 points to win by six.
The Cowboys are one of the fortunate NFC teams to have pulled the Dolphins on the schedule this season and hosted them on Monday morning. They picked up a comfortable 25 point win as RB pair Ezekiel Elliot and Tony Pollard combined for 267 all-purpose yards.
The Cowboys have been one of the best offences in the league throughout the first three weeks, having put up 32.3 points per game while the Saints have allowed 27.3 points per game, the seventh most in the league. On Sunday night prime-time, we think this game has potential to be a shootout.

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (Tuesday 10.15am AEST)
The Bengals and Steelers will both be hunting their first wins of the season when they meet on Monday night football in Week 4. Cincinnati has been admirable in two of their three losses, losing by a combined margin of just 5 points in those two games. Andy Dalton has put up 364.5 yards per game, unfortunately, the Bengals have been unable to convert those yards into points, as they sit 25th in offence through three weeks.
The Steelers are without starting QB Ben Roethlisberger for an extended period, thrusting backup Mason Rudolph into the spotlight. Rudolph was serviceable in Week 3 against the 49ers with 174 yards and two touchdowns but the Steelers run game really struggled to get going.
Tough game to call here between two teams who are really out of form and have been decimated by injury. The Steelers start as 4.5 point favourites, but we are going with the road underdogs here, who should be able to keep it close in a defensive slugfest.
