Welcome back eSports betting enthusiasts to another jam-packed week of games. This week's write-up will be a bit shorter as we get straight into the action, and let you know the games we have our eyes on.
Coming off a great week last week, and moving forward, we will begin to put out a weekly selection of games we are following, and our thoughts on who will come out on top in the ever challenging gauntlet that is competitive gaming.
What's our eSports focus this weekend?
Continuing on from last week, we will keep our eyes on the final split week of the Korean Championships in particular (LCK 2017). The absolute best of the best continue to face off for one last week to see who will be placed into relegation, and who will continue on to the playoffs to claim the crown from SK Telecom T1. With a couple of major upsets going through (and my poor lads MVP taking a couple of lossess * cries *), there is good money to be made if you pick right. As usual, Optimus Crime will lend his game-sharpened mind for the weekend, and we will pry him away from his Friday beers to get his thoughts on who to pick for the weekend.

Game #7 ROX Tigers vs Samsung Galaxy
Oh Samsung... you absolute machines. Where to even begin here. With a 6 match win streak under their belt, not a single map dropped either, they look phenomenal at the moment. Swapping Ambition with Haru in the jungle has completely revolutionized the way they are playing, and expect the stomping to continue. ROX Tigers, surprisingly, are the late bloomers of the tournament. Still sporting that new line-up, they are rallying very impressively, and also are showing signs of continuing their success. As well as they are playing however, I expect Samsung to continue their shredding of other teams, and should win this one quite solidly. Don't expect a clean game here though, if Mickey for ROX goes off it could be all over for Samsung.
TIP: Samsung Galaxy to beat ROX Tigers 2-1 at $3.20 at CrownBet
Game #8 SK Telecom T1 vs MVP
The game that Optimus Crime will want to watch sober. SK Telecom T1 have just cemented their place in the grand finals after managing to beat ROX 2-1, so will be looking very relieved here. Comfort is everything this far into the split, and MVP will have an incredibly uphill battle if they want to try to nab a 2-0 here. SKT have shown a bit of weakness recently, which is surprising, but the pressure is off, and expect them to come into this just oh so comfortably. My heart still bleeds blue for MVP, but as much as I want them to demolish and rip SKT apart, from a sensible point of view, expect SKT to come out on top easily. I'm so sorry MVP, I still love you, but you just don't have Faker on your team.
SIDE NOTE FROM OPTIMUS CRIME: Imagine Faker as the Tom Brady of eSports. 9 times out of 10 it's stupid betting against him, he's on another level. Also he owns mansions, I'm jealous.
TIP: SK Telecom T1 to beat MVP 2-0 at $1.60 at CrownBet

Game #9 KT Rolster vs Longzhu Gaming
One last chance KT. If you don’t win this you’re done, expect roster changes imminent. Everything will be riding on this game for KT, so expect them to come home strong… Fucking KT… After narrowly beating Afreeca Freecs on Thursday, they should have a bit of that early split confidence back, and will be looking to come home swinging. Longzhu Gaming are in all sorts of trouble right now, and after losing to last placed Kongdoo Monster this week, they will be all over the place. They are an interesting one Longzhu Gaming; they crack under pressure a LOT more easily than other teams, and while KT Rolster are strained quite heavily at the moment, they've got a better temperament at handling important matches. Expect KT Rolster to come out on top, and if they take the first map cleanly, it will be a walk in the park.
TIP: KT Rolster to beat Longzhu Gaming 2-1 at $3.10 at CrownBet
Game #10 BBQ Olivers vs Jin Air Green Wings
Should be pretty standard. JAG in pretty rough form right now, taking a couple of games off other teams, they just don’t look complete. Expect BBQ to take this out pretty easily. I really don't have a lot more to say about this. BBQ Olivers had an atrocious match against Kongdoo Monster recently, and were so incredibly lucky to win it (An hour long last map... they were terrified of KDM), I honestly don't know what else to say. Neither team is looking like a professional team right now, so it will be really interesting to see how they perform in the relegation series after this. While they showed incredibly weaknesses last week, expect BBQ Olivers to come out on top and take home at least one more win.
TIP: BBQ Olivers to beat Jin Air Green Wings 2-1 at $3.40 at CrownBet
And that's it for the week! I almost feel saddened... The LCK is hands down the most interesting tournament to watch, so expect a ridiculous amount of action for the finals later in April, and I will endeavor to keep everyone up to date leading into that. It will be really interesting to see gets the chance to play against SK Telecom T1 in the finals, but keep an eye on Samsung Galaxy and MVP; it will be the closest tournament in a while. Otherwise, happy punting, and if you're going to drink some cold beverages this weekend, don't go throwing down 1001-1 multi's like I seem to do religiously at 2am every Saturday morning.
Optimus Crime, out!
