NFL 2023-24 Season Betting Tips
Super Bowl Contenders
Kansas City Chiefs
There's minimal room for debate regarding this ranking. Even though Orlando Brown's departure in free agency was a setback, the Chiefs effectively replenished their offensive line. While wide receiver poses challenges, especially with Kadarius Toney's early injury, the presence of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce conceals many offensive vulnerabilities. The convergence of a superb quarterback, skilled coach, and well-rounded roster positions this team with a strong possibility of securing consecutive victories.
Cincinnati Bengals
Finding significant flaws in this roster proves challenging. The backfield raises concerns, given Joe Mixon's recent performance dip and Samaje Perine's move to Denver. Additionally, the secondary faces uncertainties following the departures of Jessie Bates and Vonn Bell, even though Dax Hill showcased promise during the preseason. On a positive note, the Bengals have shown dedication to bolstering the offensive line, evidenced by the acquisition of Orlando Brown. Crucially, the team boasts promising emerging talents at quarterback and wide receiver. Barring any lingering impact of Joe Burrow's injury, the Bengals seem poised to influence the competitive AFC landscape and vie for dominance.
Philadelphia Eagles
After their defeat in the Super Bowl, concerns arose regarding the extent to which the Eagles could retain their team cohesion. Yet, they managed to preserve the core of their defense during the free agency window, further enhancing it by selecting Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith in the initial round of the draft. Undoubtedly, this stands among the premier rosters in the league, likely encountering fewer challenges in the less competitive NFC.
Buffalo Bills
The Bills seem poised to maintain their status as one of the stronger teams in the league. Nonetheless, there are certain areas of concern. The pass-catching ensemble beyond Stefon Diggs raises doubts, and apprehensions linger about the state of the offensive line. Nevertheless, this team is positioned as a potential Super Bowl contender, hinging largely on Josh Allen's health and sustained stellar performance.
San Francisco 49ers
Setting aside the quarterback factor, the 49ers likely boast the most formidable roster across the league. Their offensive arsenal stands unrivaled, complemented by an imposing defense. Regrettably, excluding the quarterback from consideration is impractical, and this position remains a substantial uncertainty. While Brock Purdy exhibited late-season competence, his challenges under pressure and lingering doubts about his long-term sustainability persist. The 49ers have demonstrated their capacity to triumph with subpar quarterback performance. However, if they could exceed that threshold, this team might easily emerge as Super Bowl frontrunners.

Season Props
Division Winners
AFC East - Buffalo Bills ($2.20)
Arguably one of the more competitive divisions in the NFL this season with the Bills and Dolphins back after strong seasons last year as well as the expected improvement of the New York Jets with some key off-season acquisitions. I think the Bills should be too strong though.
AFC North - Cincinnati Bengals ($2.40)
Looks to be a two horse race between the Bengals and Ravens here but I think it’s the Bengals turn to go all the way this season. Can’t see them losing this division with the offensive weapons they possess.
AFC South - Jacksonville Jaguars ($1.62)
The Jags made some big moves in the off-season to load up for a run this season in what is arguably the weakest division in the NFL. They should win the AFC South with relative ease as I’m expecting regression from the Titans.
AFC West - Kansas City Chiefs ($1.62)
Tough to look past the Chiefs in the AFC West. Their offence has taken some hits with the departure of key skill position players over the past few years but the one constant has always been QB Patrick Mahomes. As long as he is at the helm, they should fair well in the AFC West.
NFC East - Philadelphia Eagles ($1.83)
The Eagles have arguably the best defence in the league, so should fair well on a week to week basis, which is what it takes to win a division. The NFC East should be relatively strong this season but I think they get the job done here with more improvement from star QB Jalen Hurts.
NFC North - Minnesota Vikings ($3.80)
Picking the underdogs to win the NFC North in the Minnesota Vikings. They have plenty of weapons on offence including arguably the best receiver in the game in Justin Jefferson. They won the division by four games last season so it’s surprising to see them as $3.80 underdogs.
NFC South - New Orleans Saints ($2.10)
With a new quarterback at the helm, the New Orleans Saints start as favourites for the NFC South, which is one of the weaker divisions in the NFL this season. They have weapons galore on offence, with Derek Carr leading Alvin Kamara, Chris Olave and Michael Thomas.
