Opposing Kaja Juvan isn't something in which my ratings have regularly suggested, however I do think Astra Sharma is in the process of a decent upswing in form. Fitness issues have plagued Sharma for long periods over the last couple of year, which has been a real shame in terms of her career trajectory.
Sharma has notched 13 wins in the last 5 weeks, and is yet to be majorly challenged through three matches in Budapest. The win over Rakhimova, including winning some tight battles early when the match was there to be won, was most impressive, and comparatively speaking her form stacks up a little more than Juvan of late. I'd have the odds for this one at a coin flip.
