WeSave! Charity Play proved to be a huge success, both as an exciting DOTA2 tournament, as well as a successful charity event, which at the time of writing raised over US $186,000 in donations for health organisations to help fight the deadly COVID-19 virus. In a bid to inspire Dota2 fans to donate and help the cause, WePlay! added a few interesting milestones, one of which was an EU vs CIS superfinal match, set to feature top two teams from the two regions, who will lock horns this Thursday, March 26.
Carrying the CIS flag into the superfinals will be HellRaisers, who emerged as the top CIS team of the tournament and will now take on Team Nigma who will look to defend the pride of European region and further cement themselves as one of the strongest teams in the scene.

HellRaisers (CIS) vs Team Nigma (EU)
HellRaisers had quite a difficult road to the finals, as they faced Virtus.pro and Natus Vincere, both of whom are prominent names in the Dota2 competitive scene. While HellRaisers' win over Virtus.pro (2-1) was impressive on its own, Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov and co. went above and beyond everyone's expectations with a dominant 3-0 win over Natus Vincere in the regional finals. While the series between NaVi and HR were much closer than what the final result would lead us to believe, HellRaisers were still a level above their compatriots and will now look to extend their momentum into the superfinal match against Team Nigma.
Since forming Team Nigma, the ex-Team Liquid roster quickly established themselves as one of the most inconsistent teams in the scene. While Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi and his crew did not need long to make everyone aware they can go toe-to-toe with the best Dota2 teams in the scene, Nigma also had their fair share of iffy displays. Nonetheless, they are entering the superfinals as the two-time WePlay! champions, having previously won both WePlay! Bukovel Minor and WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Mad Moon.
Although HellRaisers' run through WeSave! Charity Play is not to be undervalued, they objectively had a much easier road through to the finals. CIS region, despite holding a special prestige in the Dota2 scene is not the same powerhouse as it once was, and while there are still a few exceptional talents hailing from the region, it's safe to say Europe, North America and Asia all produced far more elite Dota2 talents in recent years.
In theory, Nigma could and should completely stomp HellRaisers on the battlefield, but we have to consider this is a charity event and every added minute of playtime will effectively mean WePlay! will receive more donations which will be later used for a good cause. With that in mind, it's reasonable to expect this match will be more of a "for fun" fixture rather than a bloodbath, where the two sides will focus more on entertaining the fans rather than showing their might. Nigma should still come out ahead, however, a close 3-2 win seems far more likely than any other outcome, as KuroKy and co. will gain nothing but resentment from the community if they take this bout too seriously.
