Both Manchester United and Arsenal put in embarrassing performances in Match Day 37, which robbed us of a positive week. Leicester City were able to do their job at good odds ($2.50) however, which meant it wasn’t all bad. We now shift our focus to the final Match Day of the 2018-19 EPL season, which should be an absolute cracker! Check out our best bets for some of the great upcoming fixtures below and good luck to everyone following!
EPL Match Day 38 Betting Tips
Liverpool vs Wolverhampton Wanderers (Sunday 12AM AEST)
First up we look at the crucial fixture between Liverpool and Wolverhampton at Anfield on Saturday night (AEST). The Reds will be looking to complete the season double over the Wolves after defeating them 2-0 at the Molineux earlier this season.
Liverpool come into this after a miraculous come from behind victory against Barcelona in the UCL semi-finals mid-week. It was just another stellar performance from the Reds who are still in the hunt for the EPL title should they win this game and Manchester City lose theirs.
The Wolves have wrapped up seventh spot on the league table and will be in the qualification process for European football next season. It’s been an amazing season from the promoted Wolves who will look to spend in the summer to become even stronger.
It’s hard to see anything other than a Liverpool win here. They have so much to play for, while the Wolves position is set in stone. We like the odds of them winning by 2+ goals and putting the pressure right back on Manchester City.
Brighton and Hove Albion vs Manchester City (Sunday 12AM AEST)
Second up we take a look at the other crucial clash in the title race between Brighton and Hove Albion and Manchester City at the Amex. City have dominated this match-up in recent times, including a 2-0 win at the Emirates this season.
After securing their spot in England’s top flight next season, Brighton had every excuse to put in a lackadaisical performance last time out against Arsenal. However, they showed great spirit and came away with a 1-1 draw at one of the toughest grounds to play at in English football.
As we all know, Manchester City have one, if not two, hands on the trophy coming into the last fixture of the season. The equation is simple, defeat Brighton and become champions of England once again.
City come into this fixture as huge favourites and rightly so, however, they’ve shown a bit of nerves in their last two performances where they’ve won by a single goal and we expect this to be another performance like that. While we do expect them to win, we see Brighton covering the 2.5 goal spread at home.

Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth (Sunday 12AM AEST)
The third and final fixture we’ve got an interest in is Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth at Selhurst Park. Palace are winless in their last three against the Cherries, but they get the perfect opportunity to get one back on their opponents here.
Palace have had a decent campaign and find themselves without a worry in the world heading into the final match day of the season. They’re currently in 12thand have the opportunity to finish in 11thwith a win at home where they’re just 4-5-9 on the season.
The Cherries have pretty much had the same type of campaign as their opponents here and currently sit in 13thspot on the table with a chance to leap frog Palace if they get the three points here. They’re just 5-1-12 away from home this season, which doesn’t read well heading into their final fixture.
Considering the form of both teams here it’s hard to look past Crystal Palace on their home deck. They’ve got the better team and have the players capable to unlock what’s sometimes a shaky Bournemouth defence.
