Unfortunately, we went 0/3 on last weekend’s EPL betting tips, just barely missing out on a few wins. We’ll be looking to bounce back as we take a look at some of the key games in Week 30 of the EPL and give our tips below.
EPL Week 30 Betting Tips
Manchester United vs Liverpool (Saturday 11.30pm AEDT)
Manchester United and Liverpool both secured great wins last weekend. The Reds downed Newcastle 2-0 while Manchester United had an exciting last minute win over Crystal Palace away from home. Big match for both sides here as they look to maintain their position in the top four.
The first meeting between these two clubs this season ended in a 0-0 draw, and in fact the last four games between them have ended in draws. Just four goals have been scored in those four games, making this fixture a slugfest of sorts in recent times.
Tough game to call here. Always a tight contest between these two old rivals and the recent results suggest nothing different. Liverpool will be coming off a mid-week clash in the Champions League and Manchester United have the home field advantage which is about the only thing we can think of that separates the two sides.

Chelsea vs Crystal Palace (Sunday 4.30am AEDT)
It’s make of break now for Chelsea who have lost their last two games in the Premier League to both of the Manchester sides and get another tricky matchup here against a Palace team that will have their tails up. Chelsea now sit five points outside of the top four on the EPL table and will be desperate to get back on the winners list here in an attempt to secure a spot in next seasons Champions League.
Crystal Palace will be full of gusto when they head to Stamford Bridge Sunday morning after a tough 2-3 loss to Manchester United in Week 29. Palace were up 2-0 in the home clash but ultimately let it slip, with the last goal coming in the 91st minute to squander a great opportunity to distance themselves from relegation. They are now firmly in the zone, sitting in 18th place with 27 points but are not down and out yet.
Chelsea will have one eye on their Champions League tie with Barcelona through next week, but will arguably see this as an equally important game as making the top four of the EPL currently seems more manageable than winning the UCL. After two tough weeks away to the Manchester sides, Chelsea will welcome the return to Stamford Bridge here and we think they get a comfortable win.

Stoke City vs Manchester City (Tuesday 7am AEDT)
Manchester City took a very measured approach to their Champions League fixture against Basel through the week. They lost 2-1 but never looked like relinquishing their 4-0 aggregate lead they accumulated in the first leg. The match allowed some key players in Aguero, Ottamendi and De Bruyne to get some much needed rest before they back it up in Stoke this weekend.
The title is already wrapped up for Man City, but they’ll be chasing the record of becoming the first ever team to score 100 points in a season, as they currently sit on a whopping 78 points with nine games to play.
Manchester should be fresh even after their midweek clash, which was at home, and with the form they have been in throughout the last year of play, it’s hard to bet against them here. Stoke have been horrendous of late, winning just 1 of their last 10 games and falling into the relegation zone in the process. We think Manchester City earn a win to nil here.
TIP: Manchester City to win to nil - $2.07 at CrownBet
