A high-quality Randwick meeting is on the cards this Saturday headlined by a stacked Group 2 Ingham. I’m very keen to see that race unfold, although it may be difficult to bet into with such a large field full of quality horses. I’ve found a few other races I’m keen to play into though so good luck if you’re following!

Randwick Racing Tips: Saturday December 10th
Race 5
(8) Facile looks a beautiful filly with plenty of talent going off her 2 lead up trials where she cruised to huge victories over 800 and 900m. She’ll probably lead them up in this race and win with ease.
(6) Blanc De Blanc is the obvious danger with the race experience advantage over her main rival in the market here. She’ll have to handle the wide draw, which is often a difficult task for 2yo’s, so I find it unlikely she’ll be winning.
(12) Saltaire is drawn perfectly in gate 1 and finished 2nd to Blanc De Blanc by just 0.2L on debut. She’ll be right in this based on that run and is hugely overpriced in this market.

(6) Najmaty looked poor 1st up but has had a very unconventional preparation and didn’t have a lot go right missing the start and over racing on the rail last time. She was well supported in that event and is a far better price this time in a race she should perform better in with added fitness, a wide draw, and extra 100m over a roomier track.
(5) Sky Command will get a great run from gate 3 in this after she did last time and was able to shoot up the rail to finish 2nd to Zethus. She’s a main chance here and should definitely be single figures.
(4) Waihaha Falls is the best in this race for mine. His 4th placing 2 back over this trip in a strong Sydney Stakes reads very well for this race. He’s better weighted this time and drawn more favourably. Deserves the short price and will be hard to beat.
(6) Najmaty Each-Way

(11) I Am Lethal has placed in consecutive bm78 races now. He’s clearly going well enough to win one of these races and is nicely priced at double figures this time around. Democracy Manifest is far shorter even though there was very little between the 2 last time.
(2) Democracy Manifest seems to be opening under the odds quite consistently. He’s been unable to win in his last few starts and even though he’s got to be one of the main chances in this race, I Am Lethal is around the same level and 3x the price.
(16) Robusto is flying. He finished 3rd in a G3 last time for 3yo’s. Takes on older horses this time from a wide gate which is why he’s 3rd pick, but with the form he’s in he could definitely sneak into the finish.
