There’s racing today at both Hawkesbury and Bendigo today with some quality horses going head to head across the day. I’ve done the form and have found some of the better bets across the day. Keen to mainly focus on Hawkesbury where the track is rated a good 4 and there is fine weather predicted all day. Let’s see if we can find some winners!

Horse Racing Tips: Wednesday April 14th
Hawkesbury Race 4
Can’t knock the undefeated filly (2) Majestic Shot who has been working her way through the grades and faces her toughest task to date here. She has absolutely walked in her four career starts and the step to bm64 grade two weeks ago posed no problems. She rises slightly to 1100m which shouldn’t be an issue and expect her to go on with it today. (3) Pinnacle Prince is the obvious danger which 3 wins from 4 careers starts. His only miss was a 2nd behind It’s me and that form is top class. These two look to have the race between them but I’m keen to be with the filly again.
Hawkesbury Race 5
(9) Exoboom will take some beating today from the gun draw. Trialled as good as you’ll see them trial in the lead up to this and is yet to miss the quinella in five career starts. Strung together two strong wins in a row to finish last prep and will enjoy all the favours from barrier 1 today. Jmac takes the ride and looks one of the best of the day. (3) Blaze A Trail was extremely unlucky in a bm78 last start behind Sky Lab. Has trialled nicely since then and drops back to 1300m which is a positive. Wide barrier is the slight query.
Hawkesbury Race 6
Thought (2) Juan Diva Could give this a shake after a very good first up run. Was blocked at a key stage and had to switch back to the inside where she let down nicely once in the clear. 2nd up record reads 2:1-1-0 and now gets back on top of the ground with both career victories coming on a good track. Gate 3 is perfect and looks a massive chance in an open race.
Bendigo Race 7
Keen to stick with the lightly raced (3) More Secrets who impressed with a soft win on debut. Craig Williams sticks for the ride today and looks to be a horse with plenty of upside. Should be able to ride the speed from gate 2 and looks more than capable to take the logical step up in grade in her stride. (4) Scissors won a handy maiden last month and is another horse who looks to have plenty of ability while only being lightly raced. Looks a great value chance in a strong bm64.
