The 2021 AFLW season kicks off tonight and support has been with North Melbourne to win this season's premiership. The Kangaroos have always produced strong teams in their short history in the league, and they have been backed into the $3.50 favourite in the AFLW Premiership Odds market at Ladbrokes before the first ball is bounced.
Fremantle are the other contender at the top of the market. The Dockers were undefeated in2020 season and looked set to challenge for the premiership before the season was cancelled due to Covid-19. Fremantle are $4.50 to make amends and claim the 2021 title.
Carlton have recruited well and are next in the market at $6.00, while Melbourne are also under double figures at odds of $7.00 at Ladbrokes.
There has been money for Adelaide to bounce back in 2021 with their captains Chelsea Randall and Erin Phillips returning to full health. The Crows can firmed in the market from $21 to just $9.00 at Ladbrokes.
Newcomers Richmond and the West Coast are in for another long season as the outsiders of the field.
