Another weekend, another fantastic round of Premier League action to look forward to. Week 28 in the EPL gets underway on Saturday morning with an interesting clash between Norwich and Leicester and continues throughout the weekend.
As usual, we have a full preview and betting tips for some of the key games of the week here.
EPL Week 28 Betting Tips
Norwich City vs Leicester City
Saturday 7am AEDT
Leicester City currently sit in 3rd place on the EPL table with a 15-5-7 record. Having lost only seven games, they would usually be in the title race at this point of the season, however, the sheer dominance of Liverpool sees them a full 29 points behind the table leaders. They remain nine points ahead of the fifth placed Manchester United, and will be looking to ensure a top four place and a spot on the Champions League in the remaining rounds.
Norwich have had a tough time in their first season back in the Premier League after three seasons in the Championship. They have won just four of their 27 games and currently sit last on the EPL table. Aston Villa, who are in 17th place, currently sit 7 points above them, so they’ll be desperate to get a few wins on the board to help their case of staying in the top flight.
Fortunately for them, they come up against a Leicester team that looks a little out of form at the moment, having won just three of their last 10 games and are coming off an away loss to Manchester City. Regardless, the Foxes should be too strong here, and their lack of form and the fact that they are away on Saturday morning actually gives them decent value.
Everton vs Manchester United
Monday 1am AEDT
Fantastic matchup between two top teams here as Everton host Manchester United on Monday morning. Earlier in the season, Everton were in the mix for a top four finish, however, some poor form through the middle parts of the season has seen them drop to 11th on the standings. At this stage, they are fighting for a berth in the Europa League for the second time in three years.
Manchester United has won their last two games on the trot, defeating Chelsea on the road before downing Watford at home last week. They sit in fifth place on the EPL table, just three points behind Chelsea and will be desperate to get back in the Champions League mix.
Goals have flowed in recent matchups between Everton and Manchester United. In their last 13 matchups, an average of 2.61 goals have been scored per game, and seven of those games have resulted in 3+ goals. Like the look of the over here.

Manchester City vs Arsenal
Monday 1am AEDT
Manchester City continued their winning ways in Week 27, defeating Leicester City 1-0 in a hard fought game. They are 18-3-6 on the season and have won their last two games in a row. The Citizens are in an interesting position in that their spot in the Champions League is all but secured but their title chance is completely gone.
Arsenal have had a season to forget. Through 27 games, they have just a 8-13-6 record and currently sit in 9th place on the table. Interestingly, they have lost the same amount of games as Manchester City, but their inability to score goals at a high rate has seen them rack up 13 draws, the most of any team in the Premier League.
Manchester City have had an absolute dominant run over Arsenal over the last three seasons. In their last six meetings, the Citizens have a 6-0-0 record and have racked up a ridiculous 17-2 goal aggregate. Like the look of them to win comfortably at home on Monday morning.
Note: This game has been postponed due to Manchester City’s participation in the Carabao Cup.
