After the sucess of last weekend's Sunday racing tips at Sandown, we thought we would make it a regular occurence. This week we preview the 10 race card at Bendigo as well as the 7 race card at Port Augusta below.
BENDIGO RACING TIPS
R1 - Civil Guard

R3 - Bowerman

R6 - Baja Moon / Mysterious Island EW
R7 - Seattle Boom / Stormcraft EW
R8 - Kharnmosh / Fastlane To Heaven EW
R9 - Quik Nu Chik
R10 - Kevin's Time / I'm Ready For This EW
Best Bet: Race 3 Bowerman
Very short here but he returned in good style with a runner up finish to a smart one in Fully Maxed. On debut he raced in a strong juvenile race and he should find this opposition much easier. Draws well for the strong stable with in form jockey Regan Bayliss on board.
Best Value: Race 8 Fastlane To Heaven
Wide open race but Fastlane To Heaven has charged home to go close at both starts this prep. He's been beaten 0.6L and 0.4L and the step up to 1300m should suit. Won his only other start when third up and $13 looks a good each way price.
PORT AUGUSTA RACING TIPS
R1 - She's Starstruck
R2 - Kurkova
R3 - Masking
R4 - Onward
R5 - Umaluka
R6 - Point Drummond
R7 - Scenic Mint / On Appro EW
Best Bet: Race 5 Umaluka
Has had a brilliant prep with three wins and a second from five races. Forget his failure two starts ago over 2300m in the Cup and assess him on his three wins at this track to start this prep. His record at the track now reads five starts for four wins, and he's won his only start at this distance. Should take a power of beating at $2.60.
Best Value: Race 7 On Appro
There's not really much value that sticks out on the card. I'm very keen on Scenic Mint in Race 7 but On Appro is the value around $10 on the back of a five length debut win at this track. The time wasn't sensational but the win was dominant and he can measure up here.
