AFL Finals Week 1 Spread Betting Tips
The Tigers and Cats both have top ten defences in terms of points allowed throughout the season and Richmond in particular have been the kings of keeping their opponents to around the 50-60 mark. We think the total points line is a bit high tonight considering it’s a finals game between two massive Victorian clubs so the intensity should be pretty high. We like the under here.
TIP: Total points UNDER 157
Zach Merret was fantastic through the earlier part of the season but suffered a mini form slump towards the end of the year. Should be a massive ask for him against a star-studded Sydney midfield and he has failed to reach 27 touches in 5 of his last 8 games. Should get a close run with role so we like the under here.
TIP: Zach Merret UNDER 27 disposals
Two of the higher scoring teams in the comp in West Coast and Port Adelaide do battle on Saturday night and in what should be perfect conditions on a fast track in Perth, we are predicting a high scoring match. The Power in particular have the second highest scoring offence in the league so we like them to slot at least 14 goals, which they have done on 11 occasions this season.
TIP: Port Adelaide OVER 14 goals
