EPL Matchday 15 Betting Tips
Manchester United vs Tottenham Hotspur
Thursday, 6:30am AEDT
Manchester United had to settle for a point in their game against Aston Villa on the weekend. It was yet another frustrating performance by the Red Devils who have now dropped points in four of their seven home fixtures. Their 4-6-4 record illustrates their inconsistency so far this season and they currently sit in ninth spot on the ladder ahead of Matchday 15.
Tottenham retained their 100% strike rate under Jose Mourinho with a 3-2 win over Bournemouth on the weekend. Back-to-back Premier League wins has the Spurs now in fifth spot on the table and with a chance to go within three points of the top four with a win in this fixture. They’ll have to improve a lot on their travels if they’re do so however, as their 1-3-3 road record is one of the worst in the competition.
High-scoring games have been a constant for both of these teams of late with the over 2.5 goals market hitting in each of United’s last five games and each of the Spurs last three in all competitions. We’re expecting more of the same when these two teams meet on Thursday morning.
Wolverhampton Wanderers vs West Ham United
Thursday, 6:30am AEDT
The Wolves drew with Sheffield United on the weekend in a game between two of the better form teams of the competition. Despite their inability to get the win, Wolves are now on an impressive 13-game unbeaten streak in major competitions. They’re currently sitting in sixth spot on the table and could be even higher had they not split the points on eight occasions this season, which is the most of any team in the EPL.
The Hammers pulled off a big upset win on the weekend when they claimed all three points against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. They were the rank outsides going into that fixture having gone eight games without a win in all competitions but managed to record a 1-0 win to lift them back into 13th on the table and four points clear of the drop zone.
We’ll need to see a few more positive results from the Hammers before we stop opposing them. They’ve had a really poor couple of months and come up against a Wolves side that rarely ever puts in a bad performance. We like the home side to get the win fairly comfortably here.

Liverpool vs Everton
Thursday, 7:15am AEDT
Liverpool continue to tick over the win column despite being unable to play at their absolute best. On the weekend they defeated the Gulls 2-1 at Anfield in what was another nerve-racking finish for the home fans. The Reds season record now stands at an impeccable 13-1-0, which has them eight points clear of Leicester and 11 clear of Manchester City.
Everton put up a good fight against the in-form Leicester City on the weekend, but it was all for nothing as they suffered yet another league defeat. The Toffees have had a nightmare season to date, managing to pick up just 14 points from 14 fixtures, which sees them sitting only one spot outside the drop zone.
Merseyside Derby’s are also a fun watch and are competitive no matter where the teams sit on the table. As we’ve mentioned quite a lot recently, Liverpool just can’t keep a clean sheet this season and we’re going to continue to back in the Both Teams to Score market in their games as a result.
