EPL Matchday 14 Betting Tips
Liverpool vs Brighton & Hove Albion
Sunday, 2am AEDT
Liverpool have barely put a foot wrong this campaign and currently hold a big eight-point lead ahead of the second placed Leicester. The Reds have had multiple close calls throughout their 13 fixtures to date but have only dropped points on one occasion. They’ve won 21 of their last 22 league fixtures dating back to last season.
Brighton got their season off to a terrific start with 15 points from their first 11 games but have fallen off the pace a touch with losses in each of their last two games. Last weekend it was the red-hot Foxes that got the better of them by two goals to nil and it won’t get any easier this weekend when they travel to Anfield.
Liverpool’s record speaks for itself but one negative that has remained a constant for them is conceding goals. The Reds have conceded at least one goal in each of their last 11 games in all competitions. Brighton have also managed to score in five of their last six Premier League games, which makes the Both Teams to Score market stand out as value.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Bournemouth
Sunday, 2am AEDT
Jose Mourinho has made a successful start with the Spurs with wins in each of his first two games in charge. Last weekend they took care of the Hammers on the road by three goals to two and midweek they defeated Olympiakos 4-2 at home. The Spurs still have a long way to go to rescue their season however, as they still sit all the way down in 10th spot on the table.
The Cherries have had two disappointing performances in a row that have resulted in losses. Last weekend they lost at home to the Wolves and were thoroughly outplayed from start to finish. Despite recent results, the Cherries are still comfortably placed in 11th and are six points clear of the drop zone.
Tottenham have been potent in attack in both games under Mourinho and we expect more of the same in game number 3. There’s not much value in them winning outright but we like the odds for them to win by 2+ goals at home. They should have plenty of chances to pile on the goals, it’s just up to them to take a couple of them.

Leicester City vs Everton
Monday, 3:30am AEDT
Besides Liverpool, Leicester City have been the most consistent team in the competition this season. They’ve been particularly good over the past two months and currently find themselves on a six-game winning streak in all competitions. The goals have always been relatively easy to come by for the Foxes, but their stinginess in defence has been a big feature in their recent success.
Everton have endured a fairly disappointing start to their Premier League campaign and currently sit in 16thspot on the table as a result. They’ve lost seven of their 13 fixtures and come into this match off an embarrassing 2-0 loss at home to Norwich last time out. The Toffees have been especially poor on the road with just four points from six outings.
Leicester are clearly the better of the two clubs and are in irresistible form coming into this fixture. We see no reason why they won’t win this by multiple goals if Everton continue to dish up what we’ve seen from them so far this campaign. We’re happy to be with the Foxes at the handicap at big odds to close out the weekend.
