Best Bet: Race 7 - Cheeky Babe

This is the best race on the card with two or three good chances but this mare just draws to get all the favours and this should be an easier race than what she's been contesting.

Best Value: Race 6 -Sadia

Decent win first up and will only improve with the extra distance. Draws nicely and the 3kg claim brings her to a winnable weight and at $10 fixed she seems good value.

Best Bet: Race 3 - Peaceful Sea

Was well-backed first up and in my opinion could have got a better ride. She finished 3rd and had trialled well leading into that, so with Bowman booked to ride and the step up from 1200m to 1400m she should be hard to beat.

Best Value: Race 5 - Fortensky

$6.50 fixed at the moment but wouldn't be surprised to see her start shorter. Won her debut at Newcastle and was put away straight after that. Ran a decent time for the 1300m and returns here with two trials under her belt. Blinkers go on first time and Bowman booked to ride, she could be fairly handy.
