Some interesting race meets to take a look at across regional Australia as we present our Racing Tips for Monday, the 24th of July. This week we take a look at the seven race meet at Scone as well as the eight race meet at Swan Hill

SCONE RACING TIPS

R1 - Subtle Winner
R2 - Invincible Bot
R3 - Ambitious Prince / Mister McRae EW
R4 - Parnossos
R5 - Wing Snipper / Sammi Jain EW
R6 - All Stand
R7 - What A Sister

Best Bet: Race 5 Wing Snipper

Tremendous first up record with two wins and a second from three starts. Has won and placed at the track and the 3kg claim comes in very handy here. Just needs luck slotting in to go close at $5.50.

Best Value: Race 3 Mister McRae

On debut here for the Lees/Gibbons combination and at these tracks that's always an eye-catcher. Has had two trials leading into this where he finished 3rd on both occasions. Drawn well and can go close at $8.50.

R1 - Mecum EW
R2 - Yankee Bel EW
R3 - Flying Duck
R4 - To The Letter / Suedama Sun EW
R5 - Don't Have To Yell
R6 - Spirit Of Dekay / Check Our Enemy EW
R7 - Powderworks / El Luchador EW / House Of Stars EW
R8 - Alvilda

Best Bet: Race 8 Alvilda

Decent enough first up run but she always improves at her second up run. Has never missed a place over this distance, has placed at the track and goes well on Soft ground. Biggest danger is Coco Gabrielle for Weir/Lane.

Best Value: Race 7 El Luchador & House Of Stars

Two at decent odds here. Weir's runner Powderworks will be hard to hold out, but El Luchador has his third run in Australia here and his third up record is two runs for two wins. Goes well on wet ground and looks over the odds at $14. House Of Stars has only missed a place once at the track and has a good record at the distance. He can bounce back from the inside gate at $31.
