He beat a very tough Seahawks team in the divisional playoffs and only lost to the 49ers by 4 points (28 -24) last season. Falcons and Ryan will be hungry and they are running out of time.

Picking a BCS National Champion seems like a one-sided affair according to bookies in Vegas. The SEC have 5/10 teams ranked in the Top 10 in all recent polls. Alabama sit on top of everyone’s polls and are heavy favorites @ $3.75 to win their third title in a row. Vegas already have Alabama favoured by double digits in every game except the Texas A&M encounter. These odds are just too short.
Its football. It’s a long season. Punters need to take into account that Alabama lost three offensive lineman to the NFL (these weren’t just your run-of-the-mill big men). They do however have a plethora of talent at running backs and receivers. They also a pretty good captain steering the ship in AJ McCarron, so we are not completely disagreeing with Vegas. They will win a lot of games but to win a third championship in a row would be un-believable.
The Georgia Bulldogs match up so well against them and nearly knocked them off last year and we like them as a value choice to go all the way, along with the Stanford Cardinals being another smokey choice.
