Adelaide United vs Melbourne City (Thursday 8pm AEDT)
The biggest struggle this season for Adelaide United has been their finishing. After four matches none of their players has registered a goal as the two goals the team has registered this season have been own goals by their opposition. They will need to fix this quickly as they are now the only team winless in the league.
They are up against Melbourne City who looked strong in the first half against the Jets as they took a 2-0 lead into the break. However, they were playing their third game in a week and the toll began to show on the side as they were out enthused in the final 30 minutes and ultimately lost the match 3-2.
They will be refreshed and ready to go this Thursday night and if the Reds goal drought continues then City could come away with a big victory.

Sydney FC vs Brisbane Roar (Friday 7.40pm AEDT)
A top of the table clash sees the undefeated Sky Blues hosting the Roar at Allianz Stadium. Sydney FC has won three in a row since starting their campaign with a draw. They have been able to end matches strongly as their three wins have been sealed in the final 10 minutes of the match.
Whilst the Roar have been dominant in their three wins as they wrapped the matches up early. They have scored 10 goals in their four matches and will look to continue their strong scoring record, however these two sides will even each other out and the match will end in a draw.

Newcastle Jets vs Western Sydney Wanderers (Saturday 5.15pm AEDT)
The Jets have been the surprise packet of the 2015 season and currently sit in equal second position after winning three of their four games this season. Their best victory came against City last weekend in Melbourne as they came from a two-goal deficit in the final 30 minutes to claim a 3-2 win. The side showed great character and will now be extremely confident heading into their match up against the Wanderers whose struggles from last year have continued into this year.
The Wanderers were able to get the monkey off their back last weekend as they picked up a narrow victory against the Glory but it was less than impressive. The team is still lacking fluency and are struggling to create quality chances in front goal and when they do their finishing hasn’t been up to professional standard.
The Jets will continue their solid start to the season and pick up their first victory at home against the Wanderers.

Central Coast Mariners vs Wellington Phoenix (Sunday 5pm AEDT)
The Mariners have lost three matches in a row and their defence has continued to be the issue for the side. They have conceded 10 goals this year at an average of 2.5 goals per match. They need to improve in this area drastically with their game plan or changing players in the defensive position before the season slips away from them.
The Phoenix were dismantled by the Victory last week as the Melbourne side proved they are a class above when they play at their best. However, the Wellington side has played well and picked up two wins this season. Those two wins were on home soil and they will need to learn to win on the road if they are to pick up a finals spot this year. Central Coast Stadium has been kind to the Phoenix as they have picked up 4 wins in 9 matches at the venue and they will improve that this weekend as they heap more pressure on the Mariners and their defensive woes.
