NFL Week 10 Monday Betting Tips
Pittsburgh Steelers at Washington Commanders

You wouldn’t have thought this Week 10 matchup between the Commanders and Steelers would be one of the games of the round, but here we are. Washington are 7-2 on the season and hold a one game lead over the Eagles in the NFC North. They have won their last three games in a row and they currently have the third ranked offence in the league, putting up 29.2 points per game.
The Steelers are 6-2 on the season and have also won their last three. In those three, they have scored 31.6 points per game, finding their offensive groove with Russel Wilson now at the helm. However, over the course of the season it’s been their defence that has been the catalyst, ranking 2nd in the league allowing just 14.9 points per game.
Like the look of the unders here given the form of the Steelers defence. The last seven games between these two opponents have had an average of just 34.1 points per game and six of those contests have gone under the current total for this game.

Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys

A huge NFC East clash headlines the mid-morning slate as the Dallas Cowboys look to get their season back on track with a home game against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Cowboys were embarrassed by the Lions a few weeks ago to the tune of 38 points. Since then, they have been more competitive but have still lost their last two games at the 49ers and at the Falcons. They are 3-5 on the season have have a tough three week stretch which features games against the Texans and Commanders following this week.
The Eagles started the season in shaky form, going 2-2 through their first four games. They have gone on to win their last four on the trot, including impressive victories over the Bengals and Jaguars over the past two weeks. They are ranked in the top 10 in the league in both offence and defence this season.
The Cowboys haven’t been able to get over the line in their last two but they have been much more competitive, taking it down to the final drive on both occasions. I think this line has opened a little high at 7.0 and I’m keen to back them with the headstart at home. They have lost just one of their last six games by over seven points.

Detroit Lions at Houston Texans

Sunday Night Football sees the Texans hosting the Lions in what should be an interesting clash. The Texans are 6-3 on the season but they are coming off a disappointing eight point loss to the Jets in their last clash. They are just 3-6 against the spread this year, and sit just middle of the pack when it comes to both offensive and defensive ranking.
The Lions are 7-1 on the season and are the Super Bowl favourites in the eyes of many pundits. They have the No.1 ranked offence in the league, putting up an impressive 32.3 points per game, and their defence is also ranked 6th in the league. They are also 7-1 against the spread, maintaining a 16.3 average margin in their seven wins.
Good teams win, great teams cover. The Lions have been tearing their opponents limb from limb this season on the back of their high powered offence, and I was surprised to see this line at just 3.5 to open. Love them here and think they go to 8-1 ATS.
