Greyhound Racing Tips - Thursday September 8th
Sandown Park: Race 10
(2) My Neo will be short but it should be pretty sweet for punters. He was an excellent winner in a flying 29.28 at Sandown Park a fortnight a go and with no greyhound in box three he should get plenty of room to run to the front and they shoulnt catch him. He has won 18 races from 33 starts and can handle any box draw. He is reliable out of the boxes 90 percent of the time but as we know, no animal is faultless at the start in any race. He should be winning.

Dapto: Race 2
(5) Zipping River has a tricky box to contend with but has placed his last two in pretty good fashion. Two starts ago he run second at this track & distance running 30.84 and then followed that up with a good third here last time, improving his time to 30.45. Connections must think this dog has some ability as they took him to Wentworth Park three starts ago where he ran fifth in a run which was solid. He probably wont lead but i would like to see him position up about second or third around the first turn.

Albion Park: Race 1
(1) Jay is Jay has had a good start to his career, especially in his second start where he won his maiden at Albion Park by a whopping 19L. There was interference behind him in that race but he was off and gone and from box one he should be able to do that again. His odds wont be massive but in race one it should get us off to a good start to the night. The experienced Selena Zammit trains and being in a Novice, he will be racing in the right grade.
(1) Jay is Jay

Hobart: Race 4
(4) Rip Away for Ted Medhurst will be very hard to beat in this race. The brindle dog is ultra consistent having finished in the top five on his last five occasions and he is pretty quick at boxrise too. From box six last time at this track & distance it was a six length win after hitting the lead shortly after the start. Box four is another tricky box four him but his early pace should help him settle in the top three early.
(4) Rip Away

Angle Park: Race 2
(2) Victa Speed for Tony Rasmussen gets his chance here after a solid second from box five here last week (31.19). He will likely have to improve a couple of lengths to win but I think he can from a better draw tonight. One of his main dangers has been scratched and the reserve runner comes in who will start at double figure odds. In his last two starts he has jumped well and he will have to again as he only just gets the 530m.
(2) Victa Speed
$1.75 (3 Units)
Mandurah: Race 7
(5) He Can Browse is usually very fast out of the boxes and from the squeeze box he will have to be again. He has been in the top three 24 of 28 starts and hasn't missed a top two finish in his last five races. He had the same box here last week and led but just got collared late to go down by a nose in 22.98, a time that was only two lengths off the best of the night. He will start close to even money but if he jumps he will give you a run for your money and should be able to hang on in this. It will be a close finish as most of his races are but I think he can pinch a little break in this.
(5) He Can Browse
