Just two weeks remain in the 2022-23 NFL regular season and Week 17 boasts some massive games with big playoff implications. Check out our betting tips for all of the Monday matchups in Week 17 below.
NFL Week 17 Monday Betting Tips
Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens
The Steelers travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens in a matchup that has both divisional and wildcard implications. The Ravens need a win to stay in touch with the Bengals in the hunt for the AFC North while the Steelers can keep their playoffs hopes alive with a win. The Ravens won over the Steelers by two points just a few weeks ago and I expect them to back it up here with another victory. Back them to cover the 2.5 point spread at home.
Other Tips
Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Can’t see how this one goes over the 40.5 on Monday. These are two of the lowest scoring teams in the competition, ranked 17th and 25th in the NFL. The two teams combined for just 24 points when they met back in Week 7.
Under 40.5 ($1.88 at Ladbrokes)
Cleveland Browns at Washington Commanders
The Commanders are still in the hunt for a wildcard position but will need to win both of their remaining games. They have a lot more to play for than the Browns, who are out of the hunt and in last place in the AFC North division. With so much on the line, I think the home side hold firm here.
Commanders -1.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
New Orleans Saints at Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles are without star quarterback Jalen Hurts and lost just their 2nd game of the year on the weekend as they went down to the Cowboys by six points in a high scoring game. They need to bounce back to keep their lead in the NFC East and I think they will, but the 6.5 seems a touch high without Hurts in the line-up.
Saints +6.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Arizona Cardinals at Atlanta Falcons
It’s a battle of the birds but there is not much on the line in this one as the Cardinals are well and truly out of the hunt and the Falcons will need a miracle to pinch one of the wildcard spots from here. Backing the Falcons at home with more to play for.
Falcons -3 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Jacksonville Jaguars at Houston Texans
The Texans are 2-12 on the season and the Jags are one of the hotter teams in the NFL. This line is at just 4 due to Jags starting quarterback Trevor Laqrence currently being listed as questionable with a toe injury. They are in a battle for the AFC South so still have plenty to play for, I doubt he misses this game. Seems an easy Jags -4.
Jaguars -4 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions
The Lions playoffs hopes are still alive but they’ll likely need to win both of their remaining games to sneak in. Luckily, they have an extremely winnable game here against the Bears, who have lost eight on the spin. Staying away from this 6 point line and opting for the unders instead here. 52.5 seems a little high for any game involving the Bears, who have put up just 16.2 points over their last four.
Under 52.5 ($1.88 at Ladbrokes)
Miami Dolphins at New England Patriots
These two AFC East rivals have played in some late season thrillers in recent years and they meet again this season with playoffs hopes on the line. Like the overs here. The overs have hit in 6 out of 8 Dolphins road games this season and this line looks a touch low at 41.5.
Over 41.5 ($1.88 at Ladbrokes)
Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs
Any time these two divisional rivals square off it screams overs to me. Their last two games have resulted in an average of 57 total points. And the Broncos had a 50 burger put up on them by the Rams on the weekend. Overs all day here.
Over 44.5 ($1.88 at Ladbrokes)
Indianapolis Colts at New York Giants
The Giants need a win here to keep their playoffs hopes alive and luckily they host a Colts team that has looked deplorable of late, losing their last five games on the trot. Giants should win this one and cover the 5.5 point spread.
Giants -5.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
New York Jets at Seattle Seahawks
Another game here where both teams have their playoffs hopes on the line as the Seahawks host the Jets. Find this one of the harder games of the week to call so I’m staying away from this one.

San Francisco 49ers at Las Vegas Raiders
The Raiders dashed their playoffs hopes with a disappointing loss to the Steelers on the weekend and have subsequently dropped their starting QB Derek Carr for the remaining two games. They come up against the hottest team in the NFL this week. 49ers should absolutely roll here as they battle for a home playoff game.
49ers -9.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers
One of the games of the week as the red hot Packers host the Vikings in a big divisional matchup. The Packers can continue their unlikely run to the playoffs with their fourth win in a row here, and I think they get the job done at home. However, I’m opting for the unders instead. The Packers have allowed just 17 points per game in their three win streak.
Under 48.5 ($1.88 at Ladbrokes)
Los Angeles Rams at Los Angeles Chargers
The battle for LA doesn’t have a lot of sting to it this time around as the Chargers have already secured a wildcard spot and the Rams are out of the hunt. Not sure if the Chargers will opt to rest some players here given their chances of moving within the wildcard aren’t high. Staying away.
