EPL Betting Tips Matchday 32
Aston Villa vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
Saturday 9:30pm AEST
Aston Villa played their part in a 1-1 draw away to Newcastle on Thursday morning, which is a decent result considering the Magpies hot form. However, Villa have now failed to secure maximum points in eight consecutive league fixtures and are now in big trouble on the table. They’re second last and look a good bet to get relegated at season’s end.
Wolverhampton have had another fantastic season in England’s top flight and have really established themselves as a top half club. They come into this in sixth position but are just five points behind 4th place and will undoubtedly be pushing for that spot. The Wolves have only lost one of their past 10 league fixtures (5-4-1) and are one of the form teams at the moment.
These two clubs come into this in complete contrasting form which makes this an easy one to predict. There’s barely any advantage with playing at home in these spectator less fixtures, so we aren’t worried about backing the away team. The Wolves should win this and win it well.

Manchester City vs Liverpool
Friday 5:15am AEST
Manchester City were losers on Friday morning against Chelsea in a pretty disappointing performance. The loss meant that Liverpool were crowned champions and they now have to take them on next weekend. Despite never really being a title threat, City have still enjoyed a relatively successful season and look nearly a sure thing to finish in second.
As mentioned above, Liverpool were crowned champions of England on Friday morning for the first time in 30 years. It was a long time coming but the way they’ve won it this year was truly impressive. They’ve been the best team in the country by a mile and now have seven games to celebrate.
Liverpool will surely be celebrating hard for at least a couple of days after their triumph, which leaves us wondering just how motivated they’ll be for this contest. City are still one of the best teams in the world and will be keen to get revenge for their loss to Liverpool earlier this season. We expect them to take advantage of a satisfied Liverpool outfit with a win at the Etihad.
Brighton & Hove Albion vs Manchester United
Wednesday 5:15am AEST
Brighton have exceeded everyone’s expectations this campaign and look as though they’ll be in England’s top flight for at least another season. They don’t have the sexiest of squads but they have a team that has been able to grind out wins to keep them afloat. They’re unbeated in their two games since resuming (1-1-0) and are currently six points plus goal difference ahead of 18th spot.
Manchester United, along with Liverpool, are the clear form team of the competition at the moment. They’re now unbeaten in 13 straight games in all competitions and are slowly but surely pushing for a top four finish in the league. Most recently they were 3-0 winners at home against Sheffield with young gun Anthony Martial bagging himself a fantastic hattrick.
While Brighton have been solid in their past couple of EPL fixtures, Manchester United have simply been outstanding. Again, we aren’t at all worried about backing the away team when there are no fans in attendance. United are the clear better team here and should be getting the job done without too much trouble.
