There was a sense that it was an opportunity missed to get their 4th win over the season. Mitchell is key for them, averaging 30+ disposals over the past 5 games. With impending poor conditions ahead in Melbourne, the score should be kept low. Not only that, the Giants have a slight edge on their opponents and should cover the line in this game.

Keep it simple this week with the big players expected to step up and lead the Giants to victory. Kelly has been dynamic in recent weeks and will be crucial to setting up victory. He is averaging 25.3 disposals so far in 2021 but you can expect more here. Just like in their last match, he will need to work in partnership with Whitfield. They both achieved this mark in two out of their past three matches. Then it is down to Greene, who came back into goal kicking form last week against the Blues. With confidence high, he will want to extend himself here.
