It’s another big day of group 1 action, highlighted by the Vinery Stud Stakes and the Tancred Stakes. Meanwhile down in Victoria we will see the running of the Mornington Cup.

Today's Racing Tips: Saturday March 26th
Mornington Race 3
(7) Belsielle has jumped out well and is usually a good fresh horse. Went to a new level last prep and off the back of a strong speed he can be the one who runs over the top of them. Has won a jumpout in good order leading into this and think he is a touch over the odds.
Rosehill Race 3
(4) Mount Popa looks mighty hard to beat now 3rd up off the back of two good runs this prep. Was only run down late by Stockman last start and should see every favour up near the speed again today. He’s starting to look like he has found his form again and I think he goes very close.
Mornington Race 6
(2) Pondus was dominant rising quickly to 2000m 2nd up and looks even better suited getting out to this trip now with two good runs under the belt. There looks to be enough tempo here to think he can be running on late again.
Mornington Race 7
(2) Signore Fox looks a big price and very keen to see him resuming on a dry track. He can mix it with the top line sprinters on his day and has trialled up super for his return. He goes very well fresh and has been competitive in much stronger races than this. Think we can see his best form this prep as they chase dry ground.
Mornington Race 9
Hard to ignore the form around (10) Savannah Cloud, finishing 3rd last start to Yonce and Gentleman Roy. They both won again last weekend. Savannah has only missed the placings once in 13 starts so he rarely runs a poor one. Will be up on speed and is rock hard fit now.
