(6) The Best Hero is a consistent horse on the AWT and will be suited by an inside draw tonight under Alex Lai. He’s trialled nicely leading up to his return tonight and is a deserved favourite given his overall ability on this surface and recent race and trial form.
(3) Awesome Treasure would be on top here had he drawn more favourably. The AWT is a surface which tends to exhibit less barrier bias than the turf but gate 12 does look tough for this horse even with Zac Purton aboard.
(2) Summit Cheers could lead this race under Hugh Bowman and after winning last start is some threat to do so again.

(10) The Multiplier can win again after winning quite comfortably last start. There’s more pace in this race but he doesn’t have to sit as close as last time and is the top pick given how well he did it last time.
(5) Shining Fortune was selected on top the last time he met The Multiplier and although that one didn’t work out, the horse is still in with a chance here after running well behind The Multiplier last start.
(2) Everyone’s Victory is 3rd up now and capable of a win in this class. He’s a nice e/w price so could be worth having something on.

(2) Emerging was great last time at a massive price under Silvestre De Sousa and is capable of going even better here with more improvement.
(4) Amazing Teens drops back to the extended mile here from a neutral gate and on his day is definitely capable of a win in this company. Favouritism is questionable here as the horse isn’t the most reliable but he can’t be ruled out.
(7) Killer Instinct mixes his form and is hard to catch but from an inside draw tonight may just be able to sneak into the finish.
