Chelsea vs Leicester City (Monday 12am AEST)
On the final day of the premier league season the champions will again be playing at Stamford Bridge, however it isn’t Chelsea but Leicester City who have claimed the Premier League title. It is fitting that these two sides will play as the Blues were the champions of last year but they have had a derailed season that is summed up by their loss against Sunderland last week who is in a battle for relegation. They were able to earn a draw against Liverpool midweek but we can’t see the side wanting to put too much effort into this match and they would already be thinking about their offseason holidays or possibly Euro 2016.
The Foxes defied belief and the fairy tale season comes to an end this weekend. The team could be playing for the last time together as the giant clubs of football could be ready to swoop over the offseason and offer money the club can’t refuse. They will be playing full of confidence but they could enter a bit of a slump as they would have had a week full of partying and after exerting so much energy and effort throughout the season to reach the trophy they could be a bit flat this weekend. We believe they are still strong enough to grab a result in this game but the match will finish in a draw.

Manchester United vs Bournemouth (Monday 12am AEST)
The Red Devils slumped to a loss in the middle of the week, which has seen them miss out on moving into fourth spot and having their own destiny in their hands. Their Goal differential is a lot worse than their crosstown rivals Manchester City and they will need to win and hope City lose in order to finish in fourth spot and grab the last Champions League spot.
Manchester United have had a young squad throughout the season as they have brought in a lot of talented teenagers and they have a bright future. Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial have been brilliant when they are on the field and have scored crucial goals for the side. However, it is evident their most important player is David de Gea. Their goalkeeper has pulled off massive saves and won his third straight Manchester United player of the year award. He might not see much action this weekend but with the Red Devils notorious for defensive lapses he could be asked to pull off another one of his trademark saves.
Since Bournemouth confirmed their safety in the Premier League for next season, they have entered a slump and lost three of their last four league matches. Their season has been a success as they will remain in topflight football but they have switched off and the Red Devils will end their season on a positive note with a victory on home soil.

Swansea vs Manchester City (Monday 12am AEST)
As stated above, Manchester City is playing for a position in the Champions League next season and a draw will be enough for them to receive that honour. They will definitely want to be there come the end of the year, as they will have their new coach Pep Guardiola and they will want to improve on their semi-final appearance from this year.
City has improved towards the end of the season after overcoming their midseason slump. Their goal scoring has returned as did Kevin de Bruyne from injury and he grabbed a tremendous solo goal against Arsenal last week. They will push forward and look for a goal throughout the opening half but it could become nervous times for the side if the scores remain close as they head near the end of the match.
Swansea has lifted over the past two weeks and picked up huge victories as they look to finish off the season in style and have lots to build on for the next season. Their 3-1 and 4-1 win against Liverpool and West Ham respectively shows they have finally found their goal scoring boots, whilst they have been solid at the back. We see this one being close as Manchester City will be wary of losing the match and it will finish with the sides splitting the points.

Stoke City vs West Ham (Monday 12am AEST)
West Ham grabbed revenge in their last Premier League victory against Manchester United after the Red Devils knocked them out of the FA Cup semi-final. It was a hard-fought victory that saw the side returning to winning ways after a disappointing loss against Swansea on the weekend. In their previous two matches they had earned victories and if it wasn’t for the loss against Swansea they would be in a great position for a Champions League spot. If it wasn’t for the success of Leicester this season their would be a lot more talk surrounding the West Ham club and their great year.
Meanwhile Stoke City’s disastrous end to the season continued on the weekend as they fell to another loss, this time against Crystal Palace who are now safe from relegation. Stoke haven’t earned a victory since the 19th of march and have suffered seven losses across that stretch. The Potters have a lot of talent but they have lost their way in the back half of the season. We are predicting West Ham to earn a comfortable victory on the road and end their strong season in style and book a spot in the Europa League.
