Race 3: Sportsbet Racing Form Handicap 1200m - 2.10pm AEDT
7 Littlebirdie looks to have returned in pretty good order for Busuttin/Young. She debuted at Pakenham in the Autumn and was good in defeat when third. Has had a good break and her jumpout work at Cranbourne to get ready has been strong. Should press forward and take beating.
11 Talktomebaby should appreciate the bigger track and the rise in trip after debuting over 1000m at Mornington where she was quite raw and new to the caper so be forgiving of the down the track effort. Had jumped out really well prior so I think you have to give her another look.
5 Waco Kid is an improving type for Julien Welsh. He debuted over 1200m at Pakenham where he got a fair way out of his ground and while he was never threatening, he made up ground and was solid enough in defeat. Staying at 1200m is the knock but he looks to have talent.

Race 6: Evergreen Turf Handicap 1500m - 3.55pm AEDT
8 Changing Colours is short enough but I can't see her getting beat in what looks a thin race. Did a bit wrong at Ballarat last time, beaten as a deep odds on favourite, but she is hard fit now, stable is flying in Melbourne and this isn't a deep race. The one to beat.
4 Divine Thoughts will put herself on speed and look to give her all after spanking them at The Valley last time, leading throughout and she gave nothing else a look in, winning quite impressively. If she lands in front and gets front end control, she takes running down.
1 Delicious Tycoon has a good racing style and has found winning form after a win at The Valley. Credit to her, she was there to be beaten but she found under pressure to fend them off and win. If she finds the front, or box seat at worst, she can threaten.
(8) Changing Colours

Race 8: Sportsbet Get On Extra Handicap 1200m - 5.05pm AEDT
5 De Bergerac maps much better vs last start and is a threat. He ran on Geelong Cup Day where he just got too far out of his ground but really liked the way he finished his race off in defeat behind Zaszou. If he can use the inside gate to advantage, he will take beating.
12 Nova Lights has to be given another look for Team Freedman. This mare was wide no cover at The Valley last time but she stayed on and was quite good in defeat behind Sparkling. If there is petrol left in the tank, she is good enough to threaten.
2 Signal has found positive form and he can certainly go on with it. The win at Mornington last time was strong, sitting on speed throughout and he was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to fend them off and win. Gets in well after the claim and has a good racing style.
(5) De Bergerac
