NFL Week 12 Monday Betting Tips
Dallas Cowboys at Washington Commanders

A big NFC East clash headlines the early slate as the 7-4 Commanders host the struggling Cowboys from 5am. The Commanders have lost their last two games on the trot, going down to the Steelers and Eagles over the past fortnight. They are still one of the better teams in the league against the spread, maintaining a 7-3-1 record in that regard.
After a decent start to the season, the Cowboys have been in a tailspin for the last few months. They have lost their last five straight games and have failed to cover the spread in all five of those games, going down by an average margin of a whopping 20.4 points.
I like the look of the overs here. The Commanders have been one of the most dynamic offences in the league this season, putting up 28.0 points per game, good for 4th in the league. Complimentary to that, the Cowboys have the 2nd worst defence in the league, allowing 29.3 points. I think this will be a high scoring game.

San Francisco 49ers at Green Bay Packers

The Packers are one of the hottest teams in the league right now, having won five of their last six straight up. They have, however, failed to cover the spread in their last four games. The Packers have both a top 10 rated offence and defence this season, and despite having a 7-3 record, they sit in third place in a super competitive NFC North division.
The 49ers were a hot pick for the Super Bowl amongst pundits during the pre-season, but a long list of injuries has largely derailed their season to date, and they are currently 5-5 in fourth place in the NFC West. Luckily, they are just one game behind the division leading Cardinals in what is an even division. Star running back Christian McCaffrey returned to the line-up a few weeks ago,
The Packers opened as 3.5 point favourites but that line has quickly shot out to 5.5. That seems a touch high for me given their recent poor form against the spread. The 49ers offence has been much improved since the return of McCaffrey and I think they will cover the spread here.

Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are another team in the super competitive NFC West, currently sitting in 2nd place with a 5-5 record. They have won four of their last five games but looked a little shaky at New England last week, eking out a six point win on the road in trying conditions.
After a tumultuous start to the season, the Eagles have won their last six straight games on the back of strong offensive performances. Led by stars Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown and Saquon Barkley, the Eagles have one of the most dynamic offences in the league, putting up 25.9 points per game.
I like the overs again here, at 48.5, this total seems a little low given the offensive form of both of these teams lately. Four of the last five games between these two teams have gone over the 48.5 point mark and those five games have had an average total of 55.2 points.
