VALUE PICKS
Callum Mills (SYD, $8000 MID)
Very promising youngster that represents great value at $8000 this week. Managed a 102 from his 23 touches and eight marks against the Crows last week. Many of those disposals came in the pressure-cooker last quarter. A mature head on young shoulders.
Marcus Adams (WBD, $6800 DEF)
Everyone’s favourite Supercoach Rookie this year is also performing well in Daily Fantasy. With an average of 95.3, he’ll free up some of your salary cap to fit in the Big Guns elsewhere.
Pearce Hanley (BRL, $6800 MID)
The Irishman is coming off a huge Q-Clash where he lifted the Lions to a big win. 28 touches and two goals brought him a score of 132 FG pts. Very fairly priced at Fantasy Games!
BIG GUNS
Dan Hannebery (SYD; $18,400 MID)
A lazy 38 disposals last week against the Crows helped him on his way to 140 Fantasy Games pts. His consistency is always a huge strength, he’ll go large even against the tougher opposition this week (Eagles).
Nic Naitanui (WCE; $18,500 RUCK)
Managed a massive 139 last week against the Tigers despite only 66% Time On Ground. 36 hitouts & 16 disposals helped him reach score. This week’s game with the Swans will be a lot closer so I wouldn’t expect him to be rested so often. Should be able to jump all over Tippett & Sinclair, dominant performance coming up!
SMOKEY TIPS
Luke McDonald (NTH; $9,400 DEF)
18 touches & nine marks gave him 92 FG pts against the out-of-form Freo last Sunday. Might slowly be reaching his potential, may be cementing his spot on the half-back line. Expect another good performance against the Suns on Saturday.
Jarrad Waite (NTH; $15,000 FWD)
Has been the surprise packet of the season so far. Taking plenty of marks and kicking a lot of goals down at Arden St. Rory Thompson is already injured and now that Steven May has been rubbed out for five weeks, the big fella looks set for another day out.
That’s our tips. Discuss in the comments thread if you have your own ideas and suggestions on who’ll dominate this weekend.
Good luck, Coaches!
