Another great slate of Monday football coming up this week, albeit with a few less games due to the Thanksgiving triple header on Thursday. Check out our betting tips for all 12 games on Monday below.
NFL Week 12 Monday Betting Tips
Green Bay Packers at Philadelphia Eagles
Monday 12.20pm (AEDT)
The Eagles will host the Packers in the Sunday night marquee fixture in Week 12. Philly lost their first game of the season two weeks ago but bounced back to record a scrappy win over the Colts in Week 11. They are 9-1 on the season but unbelievably, at least two of their NFC East opponents are still in the mix for the division as the Cowboys moved to 8-3 with their Thanksgiving win over the Giants, who sit at 7-4 now themselves.
It’s been a disappointing season to date for the Packers but they have a chance to compete for a wildcard berth with a strong finish to the season. They are 4-7 on the season and have had one of the lowest scoring offenses in the league at just 18.4 points per game.
There’s no doubt that the Eagles deserve to be favourites at home but I think the 6.5 point line is a little bit much here given the vulnerability they have shown over the last few weeks. They were downed by the Commanders in Week 10 before barely scraping over the line against the Colts on the weekend, scoring under 20 points for the first time this season. I think this will be a low scoring game in which the Packers can cover.
Other Tips
Baltimore Ravens at Jacksonville Jaguars
The Ravens continued their strong form in Week 12 with a solid win over the Panthers, their fourth in a row to push them to 7-3 on the season. They have allowed just 16 points combined in their last two games as their defense has really started to lock in. I think they cover in a low scoring game against the Jags.
Ravens -3.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Denver Broncos at Carolina Panthers
Two of the lowest scoring teams in the competition face off here in the Broncos and Panthers, who average just 33.5 combined points between them. I think this one goes under the 36.5 point mark.
Under 36.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Atlanta Falcons at Washington Commanders
The NFC East is the hottest division in football in the moment and the Commanders desperately need to win this one to stay in the mix. They are 6-5 on the season but a win here would bring them within striking distance of the Cowboys and Giants. Back them to get the job done at home against the Falcons, who have lost two of their last three.
Commanders -4 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Cleveland Browns
Unbelievably, the Buccs sit atop the NFC South division despite an extremely disappointing season to date. The under is 8-2 in Buccs games this season and I think this will be another scrappy, defensive game. Back the unders again here.
Under 42.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans
One of the tougher games to call this week in my opinion and because of that I’m probably going to steer clear of it. The Titans start as 2.5 point favourites at home against the Bengals. I think these two teams are really evenly matched at the moment and this game could go either way.
No Bet
Houston Texans at Miami Dolphins
The Dolphins are absolutely rolling at the moment, having won their last four straight games and have another great chance for a big win against the 1-8-1 Texans. They start as 14 point favourites here but I’m backing the over. They should put up 30+ here, maybe even push the 40 point barrier against this Texans defense that has allowed 26.2 points per game against worse offenses in their last five.
Over 46.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Chicago Bears at New York Jets
I think this is a classic case of ‘hungry dog runs faster’ here. The Jets are right in the mix for the AFC East but they need to record a win here against the 3-8 Bears. They are coming off a disappointing loss to the Patriots and should bounce back.
Jets -6 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Las Vegas Raiders at Seattle Seahawks
Another one that screams overs to me here. The Raiders and Seahawks both sit in the top 10 for points allowed per game this season at 24.2 and 24.1 respectively. They have been in shootouts regularly throughout the year and these late afternoon games are conducive to high scores.
Over 47.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Los Angeles Chargers at Arizona Cardinals
Like the Cardinals plus the three points at home here. The Chargers have been a lacklustre throughout the season so far, largely due to injury issues with their QB Justin Herbert. Kyler Murray is likely to return this week so back the Cardinals to keep themselves in the NFC West hunt.
Cardinals +3 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
Los Angeles Rams at Kansas City Chiefs
Can’t get enough of the Chiefs here. They are the best team in football at the moment, led by the undisputed best QB in the league in Patrick Mahomes. They have won four on the spin and should have no issues with this out of form Rams side at home.
Chiefs -15.5 ($1.90 at Ladbrokes)
New Orleans Saints at San Francisco 49ers
Another no bet here at this line. The 49ers have been solid over the last few weeks, winning three in a row, but they are just 5-5 against the spread this season. Not sure about the 8.5 line here so staying away.
