There has been a lot of negative media around this Round 13 AFL clash, with the match widely tipped to draw a four-figure attendance.
Both sides are well off the pace in the season standings, however GWS still have a shot at finals if they can get a run going.

North Melbourne vs GWS Betting Tips
Marvel Stadium, Sunday 12th June, 3.20pm (AEST)
North Melbourne
Injuries: Ben McKay (out), Miller Bergman, Aiden Bonar, Callum Coleman-Jones, Charlie Comben, Ben Cunnington, Kallan Dawson, Eddie Ford, Will Phillips, Jared Polec, Cam Zurhaar
North Melbourne’s struggles are not aided by a lengthy injury list, which includes key players Ben McKay, Ben Cunnington and Cam Zurhaar.
2022 has been an absolute trainwreck for the Kangaroos so far, who are battling it out with the Eagles for the wooden spoon. North are struggling to get within 10 goals of teams, let alone beat them, and their deficiencies are present right across the ground. Coach David Noble has lamented a lack of effort and an inability to stifle opposition momentum, and these shortcomings will only be magnified as a long season takes it toll. One positive is that the Roos regain Aaron Hall this weekend, a key source of rebound and energy in their backline.
GWS
Injuries: Bobby Hill (out), Leek Aleer, Jack Buckley, Finn Callaghan, Brent Daniels, Phil Davis, Josh Fahey, Jacob Hopper, Daniel Lloyd, Conor Stone, Tim Taranto
The Giants are also missing a fair few valuable players to injury, and Bobby Hill will now miss an indefinite period with testicular cancer.
The Giants have been nearly as disappointing as the Roos relative to expectation, sitting 15th on the ladder with just 3 wins from 11 matches. Under Mark McVeigh GWS have shown some more fizz in recent weeks, however there is still a clear gulf between them and the teams vying for finals positions. One thing that the Giants have on their side is talent – a core group of stars in Josh Kelly, Toby Greene, Tom Green, Jesse Hogan and Isaac Cumming are still there to kickstart a charge in the second half of the year.
Match Prediction
It’s very difficult to see North Melbourne getting close here, although they will be buoyed by recent results against the Giants which include a win and a draw.
GWS will be keen to make a statement in this clash, and on paper should have way too much firepower.
Wins for the Giants have come against weaker teams, and involved big margins, however the line for this match is quite high.
Nevertheless, I’ll take the Giants line.

Kelly has had a strong season to date and loves playing against the Kangaroos. He has hit 30 disposals five times so far.
Josh Kelly 30+ disposals ($1.65 at TAB)
2022 has been a mixed bag for Toby but here he is a fantastic spot to kick a bag. Greene has managed four goals twice this season and should get plenty of opportunities under the roof on Sunday.
Toby Greene 4+ goals ($2.90 at TAB)
