It’s a good Wednesday of racing today with meetings at both Randwick and Sandwon to get us over the midweek hump.

Horse Racing Tips: Wednesday, February 2nd
Randwick Race 1
(2) Devil's Throat was resuming as a gelding last start when taking on a very handy race on the Gold Coast. He was smashed in betting that day and sustained a big wide run to only just miss the winner. It was an enormous effort and he only needs to hold that form here in a much easier race to be winning. There's no flash odds about him but he just looks to get every chance to break through today.
Randwick Race 2
(2) Himalaism started favourite in a strong Saturday 2yo race which has produced a couple of handy winners out of it. Looks very well placed back in this sort of maiden and maps for a nice run throughout with McDonald sticking for the ride.
Sandown Race 2
(5) Healing Game was good on debut and looked like he would benefit from the run. Really started getting through the gears late after finding a bit of trouble in running. I think Jamie Kah jumping on is a big positive and he should see every chance to break his maiden today.
Sandown Race 3
(2) Murrambi Express looks ready to break through now following a couple of runner up finishes. He is beginning to become costly to follow but 4th up now from a low draw and a much smaller field should see him get every chance to notch up another win today. Looks ready to step to 1400m.

Randwick Race 6
Keen to back (1) Easy Campese who was very good over a trip short of his best. Keen to see him getting to 1400m where he's won 2 from 4 and getting onto the Kenso track is also a plus. Gets a good claim to offset the top weight and I think he will be very tough to run down here.
