Both teams are coming into this game with a couple of good wins. Upset wins. Iowa State knocked off Kansas State then went one better by beating number one seed Kansas 94-83. Not to be outdone Baylor had two big scalps of their own taking down number two seed Oklahoma and number three seed Texas, too earn a spot in todays Big 12 Conference Championship.
Throughout the season Baylor and Iowa State took care of business on their home courts. With each side winning by double digits against one another.
This game should be played at a frenetic pace and although the total is priced quite high I still see value on the OVER.
The real tournament begins in about five days with both teams most likely to play. However this game will grant an automatic selection to the NCAA Tournament.
Momentum is certaintly with both teams. Although Iowa has the more impressive victory over Kansas and they will be the hungry ones today, considering the fact that they havent tasted a victory this sweet in over a decade.
