We’ve been in fine form with our NBA Tips of late and are coming off a day where we went 2/3 again, but this time one of our winners was a $2.64 pop. We’ll look to continue our fine form on Tuesday with a big seven-game slate on offer. Good luck to all following!
NBA Betting Tips Tuesday 27th November
Milwaukee Bucks at Charlotte Hornets (11am AEDT)
The Bucks were able to bounce back from their shock loss to the Suns with a solid performance on Sunday, defeating the Spurs by six points at home. They now how a 14-5 record, which has them in second position by the Raptors in the Eastern Conference standings. Giannis Antetokounmpo continues to put in strong performances and is now averaging 27.2 points, 13 rebounds and 5.7 assists per game this season.
The Hornets are coming off their worst performance of the season, losing to the Hawks by one point on Monday. The Hawks had lost 10 games in a row before that game and proved to be too good for the Hornets down the stretch. The Hornets now hold a 9-10 record, which has them in eight position in the Eastern Conference standings. They return home for Tuesday’s clash with the Bucks, which will be the second leg of a back-to-back.
Although the Hornets have home court advantage, the Bucks are by far the stronger team in this match-up. We expect them to take care of business on the road and win this one by double digits.
Minnesota Timberwolves at Cleveland Cavaliers (11am AEDT)
The only thing consistent about the Timberwolves season is inconsistency. They’ve won their last two, but are 5-5 in their last 10 and 9-11 on the season, which has them in third last position in a stacked Western Conference. It’s still unclear whether they’ve improved or regressed from the Jimmy Butler trade, but winning these types of games is a must if they want to kick start their season.
Meanwhile, the Cavaliers have pulled off extremely impressive back-to-back wins against the 76ers and the Rockets. These two wins against quality opposition came completely out of the blue, but are sure to lift the morale of the now 4-14 Cavaliers. They’re still in second last position in the Eastern Conference, but at least now they have some genuine form to build on and set as a benchmark going forward.
The Timberwolves have been terrible on the road this season and don’t deserve to go in six point favourites against anyone, especially a team that has just knocked off the Rockets and the Sixers. We’re very happy to take the Cavs line here.
Boston Celtics at New Orleans Pelicans (12pm AEDT)
Our final play of the day comes from the heavyweight battle between the Boston Celtics and the New Orleans Pelicans. The Celtics come into this one in some really bad early season form. They were the pre-season fancies to win the East, but after 20 games their record stands at just 10-10, which has them in seventh position. Meanwhile, the Pelicans have had some struggles of their own, but pretty much all of their issues have come on the road. They’re an impressive 8-1 at home this season and sit in eighth position in the West with a 10-10 record overall.
The Celtics just haven’t been playing well at all, while the Pelicans have turned their home arena into a fortress. We’re very happy to take the Pels at near even odds here.
