Race 3: Pinatubo First Yearlings BM72 – 1000m - 4:05pm (AEDT)
(1) Jambalaya $3.60: Tipped this 4YO Last started and he was plonked in the market and failed to fire. Managed to fill the minors though. Rises in class now and drops back to the 1000m. gets 2kg off his back and should only be fitter second up. Among the dangers again.
(3) Flightcrew $10.00/$2.80: Value play of the field here who was far from disgraced when resuming at Canterbury. Drops back to the 1000m where she is 1 from 1. Enjoys the wet track and will be improving second up. Nash gets into the saddle boosts confidence. Each way all day.
(7) Trafalgar Square $10.00: 3YO Filly who has shown ability and wasn’t all that far away last start. Back to the 1000m and draws a nice gate to be able to ping the lids. Schofield to ride and rock hard fit. Exotics.

(4) Aix En Provence $5.00: Didn’t mind this fella first up at a big p[rice and he was terrific in defeat running third, only half a length away. Gets back to the mile where he is unbeaten and loves the wet track. Only missed the drum on 1 occasion. Goes well second up.
