Warwick Farm Racing Tips – Wednesday, June 28th 2023
Race 3: Bowermans BM64 1100m – 2:00pm AEST
(1) Nanas Wish – Kiwi horse who is making debut in Australia today. She had a nice trial on this track back on the 9thand showed ability in NZ. NZ horse tend to enjoy the Aussie tracks and this could be another one to watch from there. May prefer a bit more give in the ground, but the early market has been well supported. One to watch.
(10) Dakota Vroom – 3YO filly who is having her second start. Had two nice trials before debuting and finished 2nd of 8 that day at Randwick. Winner appeared way too smart there. Draws a nice gate and has McEvoy in the saddle. Worth thought second up.
(1) Nanas Wish – Win
$3 (2 Units)
Race 4: Robrick Lodge BM72 1400m – 2:35pm AEST
(2) Green Shadows – 3YO who hasn’t been far away of late against some tough company. Gets a break here with a class drop and Z.Lloyd to claim some weight. Draws well and looks awfully hard to beat. Just wins?
(2) Green Shadows – Win
$1.80 (4 Units)
Race 5: Casino Prince @ Vinery Stud BM72 – 3:10pm AEST
(9) Tashi – 3YO Filly who has a handy resume for her name. Only missed the drum once from 5 starts. Was far from disgraced last outing at Randwick on Saturday racing. Prior to that she was excellent in this grade, but just missing. Looks to be over the odds and im confident she runs the drum here. Gets the dry ground which is what she prefers as she is unplaced on it. Second up today and meets midweek company. Goes well at this price.
(3) Miss Jay Fox – Another one who returns to midweek racing in hope to find success. We know her best is good enough here. Gets the quick backup which I don’t mind, but the distance is the query as she is yet to fire over this trip. Watch the market.
(9) Tashi – E/W
$6.50/$2.30 (1u/2u)
Race 7: Drinkwise BM72 1600M – 4:20pm AEST
(2) Mutamanni – 4YO who went bang bang with two wins from two starts before failing to threaten last start in a tougher grade. Still hit the line well though and was only 4L off the winner. Drops back to 72 grade and gets a 1.5kg engager on board. Will be fitter for the runs being third up and should be threatening.
(2) Mutamanni – Win
$3.20 (1 Unit)
Two-Leg Multi
R4: (2) Green Shadows - WIN
R5: (9) Tashi - PLACE
