Warwick Farm Racing Tips - Wednesday, February 8th
Race 2
(1) Pereille should be winning this race. He’s placed behind 3 quality gallopers in his only 3 career runs and had different things go against him on each occasion. He’s trialled nicely leading up to his return and should have every conceivable chance in the small field with gate 5 and Jmac on his back.
(5) Lomandra has also trialled nicely leading up to this return but she did a lot wrong and flopped on debut in a much stronger race than this. If she has learned her racing manners, she should be capable of winning this but it’s a risk not worth taking.
(2) Clear Choice wears blinkers for his debut here, gets 2kg off his back, has won a few trials and is drawn well in gate 3. He’ll lack the experience of most of the opposition in this field but he’s a huge price and could be worth a save.

Race 4
(2) Handsome is an import who has clearly taken well to Australian racing in this, his 2nd preparation in the country. He’s run 2nd, 1st and a solid 5th in Saturday bm78 grade since resuming this time in and looks as though he’s got more to give over the staying trips.
(5) Flambeur gets the best gate here and has struck some decent form. His price looks about right or potentially slightly generous so in that regard he’s a solid winning hope and potentially a good bet.
(1) Fudai has done what he’s needed to do in his last two efforts to get the cash. He’s looking for his third here and is in the best form he could be in so must be included in the top chances.
(2) Handsome Win

Race 6
(2) Miss Jay Fox can win this race. She’s been around the mark of bm72 company lately and draws perfectly this time in gate 1 to get run of the race for Dylan Gibbons. Query will be whether she gets room late and whether she can sprint with 59kg but the price is enough to find out.
(3) Sunrise Ruby has been off the boil for her standards of late but she resumes here off a quiet trial, typically goes well 1st up and is definitely good enough to win a race like this on her day.
(7) Petulant should show early speed and settle close in the run which will take her a long way in the race. She was good 1st up from a wide gate and gets a few things in her favour this time so watch out.
