NBL Grand Final Series: Game 3 Betting Tips
Sydney Kings vs Tasmania JackJumpers
Qudos Bank Arena, 7:30pm AEST
The Kings remained a perfect four wins from four games in the finals with another win in Game 2 of this series against the JackJumpers. It was probably the Kings’ toughest test yet however, as the JackJumpers threw everything bar the kitchen sink at them, but the more talented Kings were able to negotiate a 90-86 win in Tasmania and move within one win of becoming NBL22 Champions.
Josh Adams bounced back in a big way after a dismal performance in Game 1, pouring in 36 points on Sunday night on an efficient 12/22 clip. No one else on his team managed to even score a dozen points, which is obviously why they suffered defeat. In contrast, the Kings had three different players put up 20 points, including Dejan Vasiljevic who hit a dagger three to win the game with only seconds remaining.
The Kings enter Game 3 having won 18 of their last 20 games and will deservingly start as the heavy favourites to win this game and closeout the series. On the flipside, the JackJumpers have shown tremendous resolve all season long and you would imagine that will continue with their backs against the wall on Wednesday night. It’s tough to bet against the Kings on recent form, but the +7.5 JackJumpers line is a little too high for me and I can see them covering that in these circumstances.

Dejan Vasiljevic was one of the beneficiaries of Jaylen Adams absence due to injury in Game 2. He had 20 points and hit the dagger three in the final seconds of the fourth quarter, which is sure to give him huge confidence ahead of Wednesday night’s clash. I have him having another good scoring night in this one.
Dejan Vasiljevic 15+ Points ($1.80 Ladbrokes)
I have no idea how Josh Adams’ points line is still 16.5 after he’s had two 30-pieces in his last three outings. In between those huge scoring games was a 13-point performance where he still had 18 field goal attempts. You can guarantee he will be letting it fly in a big way in Game 3 and I expect him to cover his line again as a result.
Josh Adams 17+ Points ($1.80 Ladbrokes)
