It's been a mixed bag for the Dragos this year. For the most part, they've been pretty good but at times, they have looked a rather ordinary team. They weren't ordinary last week against the Bulldogs. They played some pretty good footy but were simply just outclassed by a team that I think are genuine premiership contenders. That's form that should stand up here IMO but they do lose a host of players this weekend via injury/suspension. But, with so much at stake, they have too much to play for and I am confident they can bounce back into the winners list
I thought the Titans were the good things of the round last week but they ended up getting flogged 44-0 by the Sharks. My only reasoning I can think of for the showing is that they turned up at home after belting the Broncos and just expected to do as they pleased, especially when you saw the Sharks team on paper, but they were taught a big lesson and were made to look poor in an embarrassing performance. I have no doubt they will come out a much better side than what they were last week.
Match Prediction: The Dragons were far from disgraced against the Doggies last week and I think will bounce back hard. The Titans, to me, just turned up last week and just expected to do as they pleased after what they did against the Broncos the week prior. Embarrassing performance and I can't back them with confidence. Dragons for me.

Zac Lomax 1+ Tries: One of the form wingers of 2024 and I think he'll like what he sees in front of him in terms of scoring opportunity. He looks very well placed to score at least one try.
Alofiana Khan-Pereira 1+ Tries: If Gold Coast are to score, it will come out wide and the guy they go to is this prolific try scorer, who had a quiet start to 2024 but his last couple of months has been impressive and I think he'll snag one.
Dragons -4.5: As stated above, I do think the Dragons will bounce back and win. A loss and they are just about out of the finals race so this is a must win and at home, I think they'll win and win well.
