Once again Adam Page takes a look at the All In markets for racing this weekend, with feature racing at Moonee Valley on Friday night and Rosehill this Saturday.
Check out our rundown on key all in markets, odds and flucs courtesy of Ladbrokes.
G2 Stutt Stakes - Moonee Valley, Friday Sep 27
Exford winner Dawn Service is favourite at $2.50 and it's easy to see why he is fancied given he was several weeks between runs when winning at Flemington so there is good upside to come and he has the right racing pattern. Daggers was behind him and is on the second line of betting at $3.50, with the in form Evaporate at $5.50. Henlein really caught the eye at Rosehil and will love the rise to 1600m.
Also backing: Henlein ($6)
Avoid: Daggers
G1 Manikato Stakes - Moonee Valley, Friday Sep 27
Multiple Group l winner I Wish I Win will love the rise to 1200m from 1000m in the Moir and holds the call at $4. The very interesting runner is a star three year old, Growing Empire, who is to $6 but is 50/50 to start at this stage. Hayasugi is $6 to $5 after being a real eye catcher in the Moir. Veight has trialled well but has been easy in betting, out to $10 from $8.
Also backing: Veight ($10)
Avoid: Estriella, Growing Empire
G2 Feehan Stakes - Moonee Valley, Friday Sep 27
It's not the G1 race on the meeting but it will be the highlight race with Mr Brightside and Pride Of Jenni renewing their rivalry, which is fast becoming one of the great rivalries seen in Australian racing. Mr Brightside just got the better of her in the Makybe Diva and is favourite to win again at $2 ahead of Pride Of Jenni at $2.20, with the horse that ran third in the race, Antino, at $8.
G1 Golden Rose - Rosehill, Saturday Sep 28
Multiple G1 winner and star colt Broadsiding is the favourite to resume a winner and record his third major, but he will have competition from stablemate Traffic Warden, with the market saying as much with it being $3 vs $4. Storm Boy is hot on their heels at $4.20, while Linebacker is at $7, and his chances will be determined by how he parades given he doesn't mind showing off that he is a colt.
Also backing: Traffic Warden ($4)
Avoid: Storm Boy
G2 Golden Pendant - Rosehill, Saturday Sep 28
Despite being beaten last time, Joliestar is odds on to bounce back at $1.85, with the mare third up, hard fit and up to 1400m. Another star mare is Amelia's Jewel and sits on the second line of betting at $3.80. Semana is at $7, a point clear of Tropical Squall, with Makarena one with upside at $9.
Avoid: Joliestar, Amelia's Jewel
G2 Shannon Stakes - Rosehill, Saturday Sep 28
An Epsom berth is on the line here with the winner getting ballot exemption for the G1 next Saturday. Celestial Legend is favourite despite an indifferent return in the Theo Marks two weeks ago. He sits at $4.20, ahead of Bases Loaded at $4.80. New Energy has been a firmer at $6 but given the importance of the race, the nominations are stacked and the depth is deep.
Also backing: Osipenko ($15), Tannhauser ($26)
Avoid: Celestial Legend, New Energy, Democracy Manifest
