Following the success of their $250,000 Guaranteed Brisbane Carnival, TopBetta has announced a similarly exciting racing tournament with the brand new TopBetta Skins Series.
The Skins Series will follow a similar format to the Brisbane Carnival, with the tournament spread over a four week period.
There is a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000 up for grabs, with a buy-in amount of $110 giving you four weeks of betting action, which equates to just $27.50 each week.
On the first, second and third day of the TopBetta Skins Series you will start with $5,000 BettaBucks and you will use this to place bets on Saturday horse races in an attempt to grow your BettaBucks bankroll. At the end of the first three days, the amount of BettaBucks you finish on will be ‘banked’ and those three amounts will be combined for you to use on the fourth day.
Also on the fourth and final day, each competitor will be given an additional $25,000 BettaBucks to use.
Each day of the tournament will be held on the Saturday and there is a ‘skin’ that is up for grabs for the competitor who accumulates the highest winnings for that day. Each of the skins will featured a guaranteed $10,000 prize pool while on the final day, there is at least $20,000 up for grabs!
Along with this, each Skin winner will be inducted into the TopBetta Hall of Fame with a Player’s Card created in their honour.
If you bust on any day you are able to rebuy into the tournament, and on the first three days you will be credited with $10,000 BettaBucks as opposed with the $5,000 you start with, whilst on the final day, a rebuy will get you $25,000 BettaBucks.
The $10,000 BettaBucks you will receive for a rebuy will create an interesting strategy as it may be a good idea to take a riskier play earlier in the tournament and either win big or grab a rebuy and double your amount regardless.
Naturally, as this tournament continues to grow in popularity the prize pool will increase with it.
