Warwick Farm Racing Tips: Wednesday, 25th 2024
Race 2: Kia Ora Prague BM68 – 1200m – 2:35pm (AEST)
(4) Wave Breaker $15.00/$3.90: 3YO Filly who has returned well with a first up win to break maiden and then narrowly second up when lugging 60kg. Last prep finished 3rd in stakes grade and only 3L behind Lady Of Camelot & Manaal. Expect this filly to be rock hard fit now third up and only slightly rises in grade. Draws a nice gate and Zac Lloyd to steer. Roughie of the day.
(10) Spirit Of Wealth $2.70: 3Yo Grey who looked smart on debut winning by 3L. Must be respected off that win. Main danger.
(11) Concordia Wind $9.00: 3YO Filly who won nicely on debut and then hasn’t been all that far away in her two most recent runs. Fitter now and gets a key booking of J-Mac in the saddle.
(4) Wave Breaker E/W
$15.00/$3.90 (1 Unit)
Race 3: Casino Prince @ Vinery Stud BM72 2140m - 3:10pm (AEST)
(2) Ahuriri $2.90: 4YO Mare who had excuses first up and deserved to finish closer. Improves second up and J-Mac gets into the saddle here. Top chance.
(3) Agita $5.50: 4YO Gelding who is rock hard fit and doesn’t look all that bad out to 2140m now. Watch the market.
(4) Alalcance $8.00/$2.35: 5YO Grey mare who has some nice form overseas and is making her debut in Aus today for Waterhouse & Bott and key jockey Nash Rawiller to steer. Expect a bold showing here against these ones with a nice draw and at an each way price.
(4) Alalcance E/W
$8.00/$2.35 (1 Unit)
Race 7: James Squire BM72 1100m 5:30pm (AEST)
*SCRATCHED* (1) Cavallo Rampante $8.00/$2.50: Consistent type this prep and deserves another crack here with a 3kg claim engaged. Trusting the stable here.
(6) Nostalgia $10.00/$2.90: 5YO Mare who has been poor since her maiden win last prep but meets similar class here and gets a handy draw. J-Mac jumps back on where he has won on her. Trusting stable/jockey combo.
*SCRATCHED* (8) Extremely Hardys $2.00: 3YO Filly who put on a demolition job when debuting. Won by 6L. Deserves to be favourite again here and looks very hard to beat. Only concern is wide gate, but expect her to ping the lids and dictate from start to finish.
